Doesn't look like it's headed for 30's anytime soon, does it? Just saying shorts are some of my best friends.
Saw this same scenario with a biotech company back in 2012. It was beat down from $50's to the teens on false rumors. I bought in Sept. that year and sold almost one year later at $90. Message board was pretty much all negative. Message is you cannot pay attention to the short bashers. You need to do your own research and make your decision from that. I would not bet the farm on this deal happening. However that being said I would rather own a company (especially now) in this environment who actually have earnings.
If that is true, I just wonder why more company's that are dropping like a rock don't do the same thing.
Resistance at $45. Need to close above that and next resistance level is around $51. However there could be a pullback depending on what the overall market does. However It acts like it really wants to go go up while the market is moving down. This of course is just my opinion and I realize everybody has one.
Home land security award must be something really good. Stock moving up nicely today. Could this mean more government contracts heading their way? Maybe just short covering since it doesn't seem to be headed to teens as some have thought.
I think there is a possibility of them being boughtout just because of the how hot the sector is right now and the bigger players trying to position themselves for the future. I think CSCO, PANW or maybe IBM could make an offer. However, I don't think Cramer has anything to do with it. Just my opinion.
So, I'm sure you know how the mm's push the price of stocks around to pick up stop loss orders. It appears to me that with all the rumors of mergers and takeover's in this industry they may be trying to accumulate as many shares as possible pushing out weak hands. I saw similar type thing play out with Questcor pharmaceutical just before they were taken over by MNK. Both CYBR and QCOR were profitable. What makes you think $33 is the price target? Pretty new to all this so I appreciate your comments.
