DUK is a serious buy at this level without a doubt. Good luck to those that do your DD and act on a gift when in front of you.

Sold a small position at $71.68 a few weeks ago and now long at $66.56 (10K shares) for the duration. Should see $75 + by the ex-dividend date in August. JMHO

Bucko..... I completely agree with you. That would be tops. Everyone seems to think the judge will be lenient but I just don't see that happening. This is a very serious political move aside from the inevitable. I'm just hanging being very cautious with a small long position but sold a major long position...... which I thought I would never do. Anyway, I appreciate your posts Bucko..... always have.

This appears to be a gift at the current pps level. I loaded up a bit too early but still buying as the pps declines. I believe yesterday the bottom was found at 68.45 due to over-reaction. Anything under $70.00 is a great entry point IMHO. I wish everyone the very best and have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!

I say it will go up to the 13.55 - 13.59 range at the close tomorrow. But I have been wrong quite often :o) However, I do believe that today's drop was a bit over-reaction.
