i believe it will get worse than your worse case scenario, unfortunately. All us reatil shareholders will lose out completely. I knew this company was a big, big risk to invest in and I am comfortable riding it out until I lose it all because it is not much but there is nothing that this company's management team know what to do to improve shareholder value. Let me rephrase,..... there is nothing that management, CEO, and BOD WANT to do to improve shareholder value. We all going down with the ship IMHO and CEO couldn't give a damn!
Investing is always risky so no one should be shocked we they lose their investment should they ride it out. MS will not do a damn thing for us, so do not expect much with respect to investment recovery.
Your making a big mistake.
People go to Wendy's because the quality of their food is so much better. McD will not pull foot traffic from Wendy's just for this reason. If anything, you should be adding. Wendy's new business model is more enticing than McD long term in my view. Just bcz McD has a limited time $2 value for two items does not mean they are out of the woods in the eyes of the public and wall street. They still has lots of problems starting with the quality of their food.
Wendy's is a better long term option. Their recent earnings release indicated so and analysts see positive activity for their future more so than McD.
I would rather pay $4 for a quality jr. bacon cheeseburger, better chicken nuggets, decent fries and a drink than $2 for the #$%$ McD shovels out on a daily basis
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Glad I only have 75 shares well below a buck knowing it was a long shot to begin with. I am OK with that so here is to maybe breaking even (fat chance) before hitting "0.00". My daughter still likes to ride her sled down the UNIS Stock Chart in the winter time. Looks like another great sledding season ahead.
Can you please explain to us exactly how they are doing a "very good job"? Are you a part of the MS team, do you have access to their information to come to this conclusion, or maybe you call them weekly and ask, "how's it gong with the review?".
what ever you are smoking, pass it along. If you are banking on MS to save the shareholders, you are out of your mind. The CEO of this company could care less about the shareholders in this company. His previous business history proves that alone to me. We are simply along for the ride - dead or alive.

Yummmm. On my way!
Article Part I
SunEdison has taken a catastrophic hit recently watching its stock price fall 70% from its 52-week highs.
The hit was caused by the acquisition of Vivint Solar and investor fears over the company's rapidly ballooning debt.
The company has announced plans to control its debt growth and has an impressive backlog of projects that it expects to result in increasing revenue.
This year has been an interesting year for the worldwide stock market. The Dow Jones opened the year at approximately 17800 and since then has dropped almost 2%. However, through the year, the Dow Jones varied between 15400 and 18300 an impressive range of 2900 points for a Dow that is close to finishing the year right where it started.
However, investors in one of the largest sectors of the world - commodities - will be lucky to end the year 2% below where they started. ExxonMobil (NYSE:XOM) has seen its stock drop almost 15% from the start of the year despite the fact that the oil crash was already well underway when the year started.
Solar stocks too have been punished with the overall drop in commodities. The Guggenheim Solar ETF (NYSEARCA:TAN) has dropped almost 8% since the start of the year. The ETF is also an astounding 37% below its 52-week lows, a significant drop by any standards.
Despite the drop, the company has appeared to form a bottom in recent weeks. At the same time, the company is working on aggressive expansion in a rapidly growing worldwide solar market. As a result, if I had to pick one holding for the next five years - until Christmas day 2020, that holding would be SunEdison.
yeah, just saw that. Page 7. Interesting article.
2,500 shares @ 5.51. Gee,.. hope everyone got in just before me with my big time purchase so you could all ride the frontrunning train! :-)
you are going to be waiting a long time, my friend. Bad timing, especially when Wendy's releases the 4Q 1015 earnings results and 2016 projections next week.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Just read that, too. Can you imagine waking up and getting an email notification from your financial institution that your dividend was just received and then you log on and see $54 million!
So, where do you get this information about a "special room" with "1000 pages". So what! Means absolutely nothing other than to appease or convince yourself that you are going to make a killing in this stock. Also, that would also mean you have access to inside information unless it was public and besides, who really cares? Albeit, not substantive, nor sufficient enough to turn it into in-sider trading had it be useful and someone acted on it.
This is really BS. The CEO is only serious for himself. Your are blinded by self conviction.
i give you 10 to 1 odds that it does not pan out. Sorry.
premarket down. Seller are in play.
Next PR will be whether or not they got the financing, right? Was not confirmed yet, only that they were seeking it, I believe.
I expect more of this until 4Q earnings release. I believe we are in good position for decent growth should there be a repeat similar to 3Q. If that is the case, then it is the beginning of sustained positive potential because the long term game plan is finally setting its roots and we are off to the races. (barring any type of Chipolte hickup!)
Not saying sky is limit, but long term investors should feel more confident that WEN is finally on the right path and management/BOD have proven to the nay sayers over the past three years (since Peltz got involved) that they no what they are doing for a great turnaround story. Nay sayers lost sight of big picture and lost patience. Completely understand with these new generation of investors.
I also expect another dividend increase and potential buyback third/fourth quarter 2016. We shall see.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
War bucks. You really need to find a hobby! :-) you remind me of my father in law who is a retired lawyer who likes to provide me with walking route updates of the postman who delivers mail in his retirement community. He knows he can save the we guy 15 minutes after watching him walk his route over the past few years.
