    Gross production numbers for April

So, what's the chance Peterson actually beats one of his production predictions? If you bet ZERO you at least have the odds with you.

    What is KOG Worth?

God you are stupid. I post my trades, I hide nothing, but when I speak the truth about KOG the best you idiot fools can do is call me short. LMAO at the endless ignorance. You are making money because of Obama's hatred of oil (limiting permits) and Obama's mishandling of Iraq. Not because of Peterson or anything he has done. Otherwise KOG would be BK. Simple math, but simple is way over you guys head.

I see the boards fool showed up. He is on here non stop 7 days a week. That IS what paid pumpers (and paid basher's of those speaking the truth when the truth is not flattering) are paid to do. Ole dumbmont works overtime.

The real question here Symon is of that $1.6 billion that KOG has borrowed what have they paid back? And to say that for them to borrow that much they must have excellent collateral worth at least twice that much indicates that the banks were never in a crisis in the last 6 years because they knew what they were doing. Almost fell off my chair writing that sentence LMAO at your statement.

Bottom line is really simple. KOG would be bankrupt if oil had stayed at $80 or lower. Management was saved from BK by oil prices of $100. Now with oil skyrocketing thanks to Obama's endless screwups folks are buying ALL small oils and KOG is enjoying a rising price because of it. If oil goes to $125 KOG could hit $17-19 I would guess. If oil goes to $125 the economy will crash within a few months and oil will crash with it and KOG will be in a position to fight off bankruptcy.

So, to answer you question it seems KOG is worth about $14.51 to $15.50 with oil at $107. With oil at $100 KOG will drop back to about $13 and with oil at $125 KOG will trade around $18 until the economy starts crashing.

Thanks for asking the question as that gives one the opportunity to clear the picture up for folks who have rose colored glasses or no glasses at all.

Your right, I am not a moron. Thanks for pointing that out to dumbmont. By the way, check out the gains in TPLM and AXAS today. Those two companies have management that actually cares about their shareholders, unlike Peterson.

I bought HK at $7.50, $5.50, and triple that amount at $3.96. I have 8000 shares. But I am not planning on a buyout there either. Would love to be wrong.

Yep. STATOIL, STATOIL, STATOIL, STATOIL, STATOIL, STATOIL, STATOIL---STATOIL is NOT going to buy out KOG. I get your point.

  • northern Iraq are HUGE. This might stifle the rise in oil prices. Only time will tell. If the kurds end up with their own state lots of oil will flow through Turkey.

We will see. As I said in another response to you, nice to have someone disagree without acting like a 3 year old. But demont is a paid pumper so he HAS to act like that to save his job I guess. Sad.

I really don't see a buyout of KOG. But I might be wrong. I think it would have already happened if it was going to. As for stocks like TPLM and a few others, maybe--not near as many shares or as much debt and some real quality acreage too boot. But that has not happened yet either.

I don't see the bigs buying out any of these guys for the money required.

Symon, you know better. Replacing the reserves lost in Iraq by the majors would financially irresponsible if they were to try and buyout high debt high float companies like KOG. They could buy out the entire Bakken and not replace those reserves and they are not going to be so foolish as to pay gazillions for expensive oil. You guys dream and dream about a buyout and it is just not going to happen.

And the mergers pretty much stopped with Petrohawk, as everyone saw what a mistake ti was paying so much for so little. A big oil buying KOG for reserves would not even move their reserves one hundreth of a decimal point. You are dreaming. The time for a buyout is long past. But I do think KOG will go to $20 because of the idi*t in the White House. Obviously I should not have sold when I did but still hold LOTS of Tplm and AXAS plus lessor amounts of many other small oils. Timing is everything and I mistimed this one this time. But anyone in this waiting for a buyout is going to be REALLY disappointed. By the way, it is sure nice to have someone disagree with me without throwing out endless insults and acting like a ret*arded 3 year old. Of course, paid pumpers are paid to act that way.

Actually idiot, a buyout at $25 right now would make you more money than KOG will ever be worth, and you would have the money now. But I know such high finance confuses minimum wage bashers like yourself. Take the money and buy TPLM and AXAS and really make some money fool.

There will never be a buyout, that opportunity is long past with the price run up. Buyout never took place because of the gazillion shares Peterson has issued plus the endless debt and will never take place for the same reason. By the way, how much of the debt is being paid back at present? Take a guess. It will amaze you!!!!

And that's where it would be you endless idiot if we had not had the political unrest in Iraq and Nigeria. You never stop showing your ignorance. To be as fixated on my posts as you are shows everyone on this board ONE THING, that is that you are a paid poster whose job it is to insult anyone with a negative take on anything to do with KOG. That is also why you use 3+ aliases. Very common with paid pumpers.

Only a fool would short oil with the Iraq situation boiling and a do nothing idiot in the White House. Unfortunately I sold me KOG too early, but still very long many small oils. All doing extremely well thanks, unfortunately, to incompitentcy .

You, the man with at least 3 other aliases on this board accuse me of having other aliases. You are a fool. A stupid fool to boot. Not much on earth worse then a stupid fool. I post on the KOG board under one alias. Now get a life you loser.
