Is moving, I am still here holding a ton of shares, have not sold a single share, will not any time soon.

Off again, this company is extremely undervalued, best thing to do is store your shares in a safe place and look again in 6 months.

So folks, you either argue with pipster all day on this board or hold strong out of yahoo message boards.

Wall street MMs and Firms are NOT your friends, they see BIG time weakness here and are pushing the stock to the limits along with favorable market conditions to do so as they please.

If are complaining and feel insecure SELL, this is exactly what the big pocket guys who make the decisions want you to do.

Just a reminder risk only what you are capable and willing to write off, nothing more!!.

    GL all.

  • but been down this road several times, several is a short statement. Dont sell people. The company has money in the bank to last a long time, I wont bother with products and patents, if you own this stock you are very aware of
The company just appointed a VP of global sales, a tight ship like NLST mangament has ran means sales are coming. What can I say about the valuation, pointless to even go there, too cheap to even bother crunching numbers.
My last and big bet with a 400 to 700% return was Nokia and I was indeed in the same boat as here, even worse BK talks were in the air, dumping left and right, no support, stock on free falling, stock downgrades on a daily basis, now at $7-$8 all those firms predict $12-$15 a share, but it reached a dollar and change 1 1/2 years prior to the big jump, of course Nokia had something of value to offer to Microsoft but dont matter their balance sheet was terrible.
Downgrades were out of these world, I keep all the reports to remind myself how wall street works.

My business partner went almost BK, sold his entire holding at $1 and change after buying all the way down from the mid $5s
If you are long and plan to keep it that way, stay away from the computer, it will only force you out to sell, panic is very hard to control in us human beings. Just do an honest down stripped valuation analysis of Netlist and if you are comfortable with it let to the message board and if you can really in the end afford to lose a large chunk in Netlist due to any "uncertanties" TURN OFF THE PC instead of checking the daily ticker.

I popped back in as I set an email alert if stock dropped under $1, I bought more shares today and that makes the boat full, this is all I can afford to lose., yes lose, to make greedy amounts of money you should be willing to risk it and be prepared for the worse . My NLST stash is 90.000 shares at avg now of $1.45.

The company is going to be acquired, just wait till things clear up a bit on the litigation front. I am 100% sure about it. The only thing stopping it would be a new technology replacing Netlist products and since the penetration in the market if it was one takes such a long time don't think is possible in the near, mid term.

You are buying a real company with real patentable products for a penny stock price, yes a penny stock is what Netlist is at like $45 million market cap excluding cash. If any, I repeat any of the so many possibilities materializes for this company you are looking at a $200-$300 million market cap, easy. These things are only realized when looking back after it has happened. I own 50.000 shares as I can not afford many more, although will buy 50.000 more if the price stays below $1.50 in the next few months.

Just get off this board and stop talking with #$%$ flukies and wait for it to happen.

    Long and Not Worried

The stock is in the toilet just like a very large number of small and micro caps in the Nasdaq there is nothing you can do for now. I like the current valuation so I am not selling, my avg now is a few pennies over current price. Is all about company performance to get the price up. You wanted to make money you need to learn to deal with these corrections. Not for cj.whit but all the moaners on board.

  • I know earnings should be released within 15 days or so, is there any court dates to look forward to?

I have not sold my shares and have not paid much attention to the stock price, have noticed however the incredible low volume as of late. Actually bought a few more yesterday, may regret it short term, but is very cheap if they can keep a decent growth rate. The company is valued at roughly $50 million net of cash, I might be wrong here but this is inexpensive by all means.
