Get a grip. I like Kandi...the profit is in the subsidy/sales not rental. All I've been saying.
Even with your absurdly high expectations, Kandi gets 9.5% of that. $100 a month per car at 100% rental status.
Thank you...time will tell. Just one report of car sales and numbers to the garages and this stock will have a foundation of solid support.
That's what I thought because I can't find the answer! This is THE KEY component to understanding revenue/profit for Kandi. There is no money to be earned renting at $3 an hour.
Isn't this something the JV should publicly address?
Maybe someone from the secret society of the "private" board has access to the internal understandings of this JV? HARD COLD FACTS please.
So my question relates to the bottom line. What does the JV/Kandi receive in compensation for the cars in the garage/vending machines? Forget about the rental rates...
How does a government subsidy work with cars that are not "sold"?
man...I'm Stakeholder and have been for years but YHOO being the ruin everything they have company has inflated expectations as my default and I can't seem to find a way to change that.
Not the same...yes we feel they got a steal, and they did. But options can be sold at anytime. These can't be sold for a year. They are worthless if kndi does not reach 15. So I think...great! These people are convinced it will reach 15. Those options can be sold today or tomorrow for a gain.
They have to pay $15 for the shares after one year...if the stock is not 15 or higher...warrants are worthless until that time. They paid "par value" of .001 for the right to own those warrants...$14,293. This is a GOOD thing for longs.
21.4 Million for KNDI if/when the stock ever reaches 15 and the warrants are exersized...no earlier than Jan 14, 2015.
Well just be thankful they are ready to do it again next January, except this time they buy at 15 and sell for 30 or more. Just buy and be patient.
So do I understand what you are indicating is that another company will run the "vending Machines" and they will buy the cars from Kandi? This leasing company receives subsidy from government to cover most of the cost of the initial EV purchase and the small rental fees are to recover for profit?
Is there a link to answers here?
I need to understand the economics of the garages, because $3 and hour rental makes no sense at this time.
Discussion threaten you much? I'd like to understand the financial arrangements for the cars parked in the "vending machines" beyond the $3 and hour rental rate. Is this a problem with you? I'm in the US...you have a suggestion of how I can find this information?
Yes, but they have already converted the warrants this year and sold some more at exercise of 15 for next Jan...they really shouldn't care what the stock price does right now. Just keep executing the business plan and "we" (insiders too) will be rewarded.
So by prepared does that mean I must fly to China and ask PRC officials? Does it mean I must join your private discussion board to hear opinions over there? Because I'm GOOGling and am unable to find the information publicly produced...
Isn't that special. Secret information only available to a private MB. Fascinating. Btw...I signed up for that board years ago but cancelled a week later due to being buried in useless emails.
Is this an answer to my question? Has there been a report that these garages are going to be government run? That the PRC will be buying these cars?
The JV manufacturing all these cars for the garages...has there been a report on how they get paid for the cars in the garages? $3 USD an hour won't pay for em?
Is there a link somewhere that I missed?
None of what matters? Are you referring to rebates for the cars in the vending machines? I hold this stock as a long and have for some time. Only pumpers and pimpers like you #$%$ me off. Clowns like GP are a nuisance...idiots like you are a problem.
"Q: Can you tell us how manufacturers are to be paid the subsidies and are there additional subsidies provided by the Cities?
A: On September 17, 2013, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission (the "Four Ministries") jointly issued Notice No. 551 of 2013, titling "Regarding the Continuous Promotion and Application of New-Energy Vehicles for the years from 2013 to 2015". According to the new subsidy policy:
1. The subsidy payments will be distributed to the manufacturers on a quarterly basis in advance and the subsidies will then be paid by the manufacturers directly to the consumers.
2. Each local government is working on its own local level of supporting subsidy policy. We believe the local governments will soon announce their subsidy policies.
Q: Could you break down the amount of subsidies expected on each the JNJ6290 and JL7001?
A: Our understanding is that both car models will receive a subsidy of RMB 45,000 for each vehicle sold from the national government in 2014
Q: If subsidy payments have not yet started, can sales now be made before the actual start and subsidies still paid on these sales?
A: We believe as long as the car is sold during the subsidy period under the policy, it can receive the subsidy."
Where in there is an explanation for my question?
Kandi sells parts to the JV which manufactures theses EVs. Sure, they will sell some to public consumer, but the vast majority will go to be housed in the vending machines for rental. These have not been "sold". Where is information on any subsidy payments for these cars?
I'd like to confirm what revenue Kandi JV receives from PRC as rebates for EVs placed in the "vending machines"? Where can this be found?
