Rommety gives up her bonus to make it seem like she is sharing the pain. Her bonus is tampon money compared to the rest of her a compensation plan which is 90% stock price. And the sad thing is she seems to think her employees don't know this. Apparently IBM will stop at nothing and has lost their moral compass.
Let them eat cake!
All that want out are out now.... IBM marches on and remember they are still up 5% from two weeks ago so folks are recognizing the operational leverage they have built.

IBM will be hard pressed to make its cloud offerings revenue neutral to its enterprise clients during the next 5 years of the cloud adoption phase in the industry.
