  • news please... has to be some type of merger... they can't just keep holding us at .20 for no reason... they already took their options, they did a deal with the Korean company, now what? a merger with Lee's? or a deal with another company for skin care line? anything could send us over a buck... come on JJ let's get it done...

    Tβ4 cardiac patent

yes we have the patent and the article on this was entitled... tb4 Holy Grail ... do a google search for it... I think it was June 2011... and as Donk has been telling the board our research and speed of moving forward was derailed with the death of one of the Cavazza's and the settling of the estate...

Donk. in railroading, the rails being greased is a bad thing... it means the train can't move or that it will soon derail...

  • who is it and why... started out with 2 mm's today and that block of over 60k shares at .22 has been dispersed between other mm's... they really don't want to sell but just hold the price...if the bids are 1/100th of a penny off they still won't sell but if they see any upward movement they will short it down and put up big numbers to scare buyers off... we need Lee's to start that trial... at least announce they are recruiting for trial which they must be doing now...

    They're still "capping" us

    by snogreen Apr 9, 2014 6:51 PM
    thebasiles777 thebasiles777 Apr 10, 2014 12:13 PM Flag

in one of my earlier posts I questioned why our share price was being held at .20/.21 ... So far 2 of my guesses came through, a deal and stock options...Yet the share price is still being held and there has to be another deal or part of a deal close and in the works... They just let the price go a little over or under to make it appear not to be just held, but we could all buy tomorrow to drive the price up off this number and the shares would be there to sell to us and if they did let it move up for the day or week they would bring it right back down due to low volume... So get used to being here at .20, it feels a lot better than .05 and the big boys in charge are waiting on something and if time isn't that great of an issue it will work out well for us... that said I don't think they want to sell us too much here...are we merging? sure feels like it with these deals and stock stuck at fixed price this long... Maybe Lee's is waiting for UK news...

lol you don't do the math...like the guy today who had a bid at .15 and we opened for .15 for 216 shares... which was a 25+% gift to the market... can't win like that...tom... and level II shows our lowest ask at .22 ... I have to tell you someone is working pretty hard here...and earlier some laughed as we were dealing in pennies but those pennies gave a huge percentage gain of ownership to insiders and will relate to millions in gains down the road...

Donk, I do the math when I trade and am looking to add in bigger blocks...I don't want to get hit for 173 shares, as Nite prefers... If I am home and they put a fat number up there at .19 I will take it out... anything most of you buy here will average you down, while it will significantly average me up... As far as being bullish, I feel it is only a matter of time til we hit the jackpot... end of May should double us up(Appraisal) ... and many other irons in the fire...Lee's starting trial should also double us up... and this Korean company just may be for real and looking to make a name for themselves...

Yahoo article on dark pools today....

    by donker3 Apr 7, 2014 9:48 AM
    thebasiles777 thebasiles777 Apr 7, 2014 10:26 AM Flag

it is even worse in RGRX case...because it takes away momentum so easily of a thinly traded stock... for instance take today...level II is showing the ask at .1952 for 5000 shares, when there is an ask at .19 for 5000 and on the bid side the highest bid shows 8700 shares at .1706 when there is 20,500 at .18... so we can't see the real action...and I would put a buy in for 50k shares at .19 only I know they will chop me up in pieces and fill me a few hundred shares costing me an additional fee for the trade and when the program sees fit it will short and fill me because of the thin volume and then trading from dark pools again fill the lower bids at a fraction over the level II listed bid... it is friggin rigged... and we and our money become trapped across the board until we have a substantial development to raise volume and as we know it could be a long wait...p.s. QCOR up $11/ share today...

sno if I share info that I researched for

Donk, you email the lady for info from the NICE referral page and get info on the process. her name and info is all over the place and if you read reports from NICE it says MTA, meaning multiple and neither drug is licensed as of yet in the UK... WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THAT... and then it explains about a UK license and a Europe application for license and who you apply to...and again you can call/email and ask... omg ... ...too many butt holes... and Licensure, wow Donk a legal term. did you bother to find out why they don't put confidential info removed? did you look to see how many others drugs for referral have that on there? do you research the percentage of referrals that actually make it to appraisal process in the last 2 years? the percentage of those that fail in appraisal process?did you research why they did not make it as one might think they failed in all cases... did you inquire in your email if the scoping work shop on 1/8/14 had representation from either drug companies involved present at the scope? is that common? do they make the company aware of the referral process? does someone from NICE another branch of health care in the UK or Europe or a staff member of commission choose the referrals or are they applied for? hmmm in case you didn't know you can call any number in the world free from your computer... info is a call away... sno, the stock price was .05 and it ran to .285/// you bought 0 shares in that time and do you think we actually believe it was you who found that info or other info first ... you can't be that naive... but I am sure whoever it was that started gobbling up shares at .05 and .07 knew more than you... unfortunately, it wasn't me either... no more posts from me for a while...see ya...

  • why would you want to try and make sure JJ never tells us anything by accusing him... You did the same thing at SCLN with Gary Titus...I don't have to post here... I find something out through digging and share because I want us little guys to get a piece of the pie at some point and try to level somewhat the playing field for us... And some of you here banter back and forth with idiotic posts of Aria for instance reselling the shares right away and doubling up... for one they already declared they were holding the shares long term for investing and second the shares are NOT F ING REGISTERED... omg, can you get that... do you think they did a press release to just lie so they get no other biotech work, ever... no, they said and they are going to pursue the EB trial work... do you think rgrx redid their website to post lies and Lee's isn't moving forward with dry eye trial and the results of phase II purposely won't be disclosed before the end of 2014 and as far as the appraisal referral goes some companies reject the referral because of pricing issues and with an email you can ascertain that info... but lets blame jj ... burn your own bridges please sno...

wow they wasted no time...102,700 and we are at .17 with another 33,000 appears to be shorted...I still expect to close at or above .20... just another shake out....SEC is really not fulfilling their obligations to the average share holders.

  • thebasiles777 by thebasiles777 Mar 26, 2014 9:51 AM Flag

nite just wiped out the bid side and marched the price down...60,500 volume and I'll bet most was shorted especially the 30k at .20 ... and instead of just holding they are shorting and then coming in lower on the ask side and keep taking out the bids...100k short could probably take us down to .17 here...

  • thebasiles777 by thebasiles777 Mar 26, 2014 8:24 AM Flag

came out 1/24/14 ...batch 33 came out 3/25/14... batch 30 and 31 came out together on 11/28/13... batch28 and 29 came out 9/5/13 ... batch 26 and 27 came out 5/9/13 ... and batch 24 and 25 came out 11/26/12... taking all this into consideration... If in the next day or two we don't hear that are results came through together with batch 33 then we are looking at May 2014...probably the 21st or 28th...

  • thebasiles777 by thebasiles777 Mar 26, 2014 8:07 AM Flag

I always thought we would have gotten funding immediately after this to get this drug through trials...I really believe anyone who loads up here at this price will be sitting on millions, but will it take 5 years? or more? more potential here then qcor and that ran from .42 to $80
