Igold, my issue is with the fact that our share price is under .50 and a deal was made again in secrecy with another unknown party for .34... and what is this party privy too that we aren't?
under basically less to go on in valuation g-tree has moved its share price from 3000 to over 20,000 won and somehow holding more of the value for now our share price can't move from .40...
so I am saying the manipulation going on here is benefiting someone but not retail share holders at this time and our share price should be over $1 but it is not and the pie that we invested in went from a large to a medium...and when I buy a large pie I don't want to open the box when I get home and find a medium pie in it...question is by the time I get my drink and napkins will it be a small... and will anyone here besides myself even notice... the King has no cloths...

    whose 20,000 bid at .45

just had a thought... I see my post on valuation was removed...basically share price was held at .40 almost 1 year and I think deal was made long ago... .34 is done at 15% discount at .40 but at .50 it is much too high of discount at 32%... so if buyer wanted 10 mil shares and 2nd half of those shares he can buy within 5+ years at .51... then avg of shares is .425 ... on the other hand $1.75 mil isn't enough but $3.5 mil would carry us to potential revenue... so what if the real deal is for buyer to buy the other shares very soon... that would make more sense and be more fair of a deal and possibly support the bid of 20k shares at .45

Mia, looks like I am the one here that does understand and hopefully what is new some day is that you grow up and actually post something of value instead of negatively critiquing every posts for 10 years...get a life

  • we can find out if they put up more there and get a look at someone's doesn't make sense that an unknown buyer gets 5.15 mil shares at .34 and someone is immediately trying to buy 20k at .34...and for over 5 years the buyer can add another 5.15 mil shares(approx) for .51... how does this deal even remotely promote our 1 yr target number in the $2 area? not good boys, that is my opinion...

  • don't understand why somebody can get these shares at such a discount .34 and someone else is looking to buy 20,000 shares at .45...hmmm...

Bo this is the same song and dance we have been signing here for 10 some point you have to say if it happens it post that this stock isn't going down again is pure speculation, just like it is speculation on my part to think it probably will because revenue is farther off again and that has been the past history...and Mia, I am not stressing this investment and don't really give 2 sheets what you believe...10 years isn't just left the driveway, and I know we aren't there yet... the question to ponder is what of our pipeline will be left when we get there...
perception is a funny thing... I say I sold some shares and some think in their mind I have sold all my shares or didn't have many to start with...I say I own an RVpark and Mia thinks I am a tenant in some dirt bag hole an no surprise I am in his words...totally clueless about the other poster yet for 10 years just continues to talk trash and report on what you did or didn't say in most cases over those years, with not 1 post regarding rgrx...what drives some of you people is alarming to me... that said I would at some point find it interesting to meet some of you...especially the guy with 10 accts that likes to thumbs up posts of utter nonsense and thumb down posts that may be beyond there conception..

I just spoke of the haves and have nots yesterday and today it is in the news...
"Free trade is obviously under assault in many developed nations, as voters rage against crony capitalism and trade deals that seem to benefit the haves while leaving the have-nots behind."

it is funny how people on these boards are all with you until you try and tell them of another side of the story and then it becomes a popularity contest...
you can give me all the thumbs down you like but none of you will address the issue of why RGRX went with the CAE again and again sabotaged yet another dry eye trial and put off revenue yet another 3 years and now they are talking 2019 to market...and a placebo arm to the NK trial... that will bring patients flocking in...ok sheep back to work... lets act like nothing is wrong here except with me or others who bring the truth to light...let's here why they went with the CAE or just climb back under your rocks...

hey sdalemit , time-lads? everyone has the right to post here and some are more annoying then others but for that you have an ignore time just use that...this is America and just because some abuse their freedom of speech rights it doesn't mean their voice shouldn't be heard... I bought a piece of property next to an RV Park I own...usually I would just find another source for the funds which I have done the last 10 years...but this time I sold some shares which were only a small portion of my position here...every day here with the potential it seems like a great time to buy but for 1 reason or another something always happens to seemingly sabotage our potential good this time I said might as well take some from here up over 300% on that trade...what is the issue with that here?I still think the stock will drop below .30 again because there is too much time once again before a revenue stream to fund us going forward...if we don't go down even better...but I am being honest with that assessment, I think that is where the rub is as I haven't heard from Bo in a month since I first posted that...
as far as conspiracy theories...Buffett said the Americans haven't waken up to the fact that there has been a war going on in this country between the very rich and the rest of the population and the middle class was being squeezed out and soon there would be the haves and the have nots...CEO's of just about every company are milking the riches...that isn't an opinion but a fact...I am open to anyone here explaining to me why the CAE was used in our IIB/III trial after it doomed our Phase II trial on the very last day... let's start there...

Sno, you are wrong ...check on alfa wasserman ...sigma tau europe is a subsidiary of them and sigma tau still exists and has an office right up the street from rgrx still...
from online articles you can research yourselves...
1).As of March 25, 2015, Sigma Tau Finanziaria S.p.A. operates as a subsidiary of Alfa Wassermann SPA.
    2). Dr. Mauro Bove Ph.D.
Head of Corporate Development and Director of Sigma Tau Finanziaria S.p.A.
3).Under the agreement, Alfa Wassermann may develop Tß4 for the treatment of internal ...... Mauro Bove, a member of our Board, was also a director and officer of ...

    is it Las vegas chip?

don't know how long you have been here but you are very opinionated...there is a host of information out there that you seem to be clueless about, possibly intentionally...I tell the facts and 20 thumbs down won't change the facts... we also gave up rights to pipeline in Europe and we have been giving away our pipeline because we have been unable to raise the needed funds ourselves because our share price is held in check and our trials seem to be sabotaged from within... when enough is siphoned off. then and only then do I believe the stock will be allowed to trade freely on an open market until then frozen assets, as I said...

lvchip, do you know if Alfa Wasserman holds rights in Europe in rgrx pipeline... and is Bove on their board? the same Bove who was on the board of both Lee's and rgrx at the time of their deal?

Sno, if regentree gets the endpoints they already proved I don't think they need Novartis... G-tree can raise the money themselves with share price near 20,000 Won... I just don't see them going out of the family reach...

it seems a long time ago this investment drew us here with all its potential...It always seemed like any day we would get a pop on news and that revenue was always just around the corner...truthfully I would say this is a great entry point ...I bought my first share at .32 and bought all the way down and each time seemed like it was a better entry point then the I look at this stock with an 8 cent spread sitting at .57 and still so much potential but now the company holds much less of the pie... the question is mathematically will it pay off trading pipeline rights for getting a drug to market, how soon will this happen and how much more will we be forced to give up before we can get a revenue stream to fund ourselves and what pipeline indications will be left for us to profit from...
it seems there is an orchestrated effort by insiders to milk this for all it is worth before that day ever comes...I already lost a battle to attrition, selling 45,000 shares but still have a boat load going forward and don't see any need to sell anymore for some time...who will be next, we aren't getting any younger and revenue seems no closer then 2018...that is a long time and so why not an 8 cent spread and low low volume...we are completely kept in the dark here and the company seems to always stay 1 Q from bankruptcy... so I hold frozen assets even longer... but again it seems like a great entry point...

so shares sell at .5499 and the ask immediately drops again...with 14,400 shares at .54 and 1,400 at .5399... to me this is an attempt by someone in the know to get shares... trading here is as far from ordinary as you can is .49 and .4901...

  • thebasiles777 by thebasiles777 Jun 16, 2016 2:44 PM Flag

and so far none has the ask below the last ... and it is this way on a daily basis here at rgrx...this company is being stolen from us...waiting on the next sweet heart deal is all we have been doing here for years and we are being left nothing... not complaining but demanding action against the stock price manipulation and in house give away's...

  • the last is .5699 and our ask is .5499... again the last is undermined by the ask...
and how on earth did we give away all those rights in China in house and 4 years later nothing done for only $400,000... We would have paid that much ourselves...
