Shares of Vringo (AMEX:VRNG) tripped over a cliff at about 3 pm on Wednesday, crashing over 40 percent in a matter of minutes. Trading was halted, resumed, and appears to be halted again as confusion ensues following a report posted on PilotOnline that apparently contained false information.
