Hi Jmasi2750 trust all is well.

Applications for new human medicines under evaluation by the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use
    April 2015
This document lists information on applications for centralised marketing authorisation for human medicines that the European Medicines Agency has received for evaluation. It includes the international non-proprietary names (INN) and therapeutic areas for all new innovative medicines under evaluation by the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP). For generic and biosimilar medicines, it includes the INN (active moiety only, with no information on salt, ester or derivative) and therapeutic area.

This list only includes information for medicines whose applications have been validated at the time the report was compiled. The information in this report was compiled on 7 April 2015. Information on designated orphan medicines that are being assessed for marketing authorisation is also available in the monthly reports of the Committee for Orphan Medicinal Products (COMP). Information in bold corresponds to new entries in the monthly list.

    Note.
Entries are removed from this list once the medicine has received a positive or negative opinion from the CHMP or when the applicant has withdrawn the application.

The Agency publishes information on these opinions and withdrawn applications on its website.
Information on CHMP opinions is also published in the monthly CHMP highlights.

Orphan medicinal productsional non-proprietary name (salt, ester,
    Tasimelteon remains on the list.

I will try and remember to look at the schedule again for you in the early May 2015 lists.
I have not done so, don’t worry about nudging me to do so in the event you can not get to the listings for any reason.

Hi Sarge – trust all goes well

I can concur with Rockinron (Hi Ron).

“It don’t come easy” I could follow that up with another from the Liverpool lads but IMO it is a little early for that.

I noted during you last weeks report and replies there was some really interesting
comments, the same got me thinking back to the historical short postion tracking in relation to the pps that I done in the past. I have a good mind to start the same up here out of interest.

Thank you for the run down this week, sure is handy for those pressed for time.

    My very best regards.

    Sentiment: Hold

  • In a previous thread “NEAH Power and Tectonica Execute Partnership Agreement” we touched on “Tekion held the exclusive license to formic-acid fuel cell technology” I checked over the message board to find any relevant information regarding Neah in this respect, I was not able to find anything, please excuse me if I missed it.

In a research report dated 10th September 2014 the following is stated.

The acquisition of Tekion’s assets in November, 2013 brought to Neah Power several of the above mentioned patents and the capability to build upon its silicon and formic acid technologies. It is upon these new and innovative technologies that the promise of long-term growth has been based. It stands to reason that the value of the assets from the Tekion acquisition reinforces the overall valuation of the company.

    Kind regards to all.

I’m gradually getting up to speed here as time permits. In this respect I wish to thank you ever so much for your weekly report, it is just what the doctor ordered for those of us that can not view on a daily basses.

By the way thank you for your kind sentiments, if you ever need the flask just let me know ;-) I’m right here.

Hi Gutherg – thanks for the quick response much appreciated.

Did their press release say "Neah agrees to acquire Sol-Cool under certain conditions?" No - then I suspect they would not have, as they appear prior to the Amended Merger Agreement as far as I can see.

Some of the Hisorical press releases I found were dated as follows

    Businesswire December the 4th 2008
    Bloomberg December the 4th 2008
    Globenews July 2009
    Mission News August 2009
    Fuel Cell today July 2009
They probably are others of around this time.

“revenue they were planning to get in the following quarters” They would have that covered no doubt under Forward Looking Statements.

“This resulted in a short bump in stock price, not unlike what they are trying to achieve with Shorai”. That may be the case. Some would have already profited from the initial bump in the pps on the day of the Shorai news!

If you have any details of Shorai accounts I would be more than interested in the same. It is very difficult to obtain them over this side of the pond.

Did you get a chance to listen to Jim and have a quick glance at Deep Capture. I know it is on a major scale to what we are dealing with here, however it reflects on manipulation in the market place in general. Mr Maddof also comes to mind.

    Kind regards

Hi Gutherg - you are more than welcome.
You can stop looking I have found the answers. The notifications/press releases regarding the acquisition actually taking place are indeed correct as at the time, it is what went on after that.

    From SEC Filings
    Solcool Acquisition
During the nine months ended June 30, 2010, pursuant to terms of an Amended Merger Agreement we acquired all outstanding member interests and obtained control of SolCool, a leading supplier of direct current solar air-conditioning systems for off-the-grid applications, in exchange for the issuance of 476,187 shares of our common stock recorded at fair value of approximately $245,000, based on the closing price of our common stock on the acquisition date. Approximately 238,100 shares of stock were issued to escrow to be released September 2011 (24 months from the date of the Amended Merger Agreement) under certain conditions, including the continued employment and best efforts of the SolCool founder and former majority interest holder.

Please note in the above, the last sentence. Release date Sept 2011 and the incorporation of the wording “under certain conditions” etc.

From the court filings we know SolCool Filed for Bankruptcy October 13 2011 obviously there was no value to SolCool, To that effect Neah Power can consider their selves fortunate they had measures in place regarding the acquisition.

You will be pleased to hear - As full and final termination of the agreement, all Neah’s common shares were returned from Sol Cool.

Hope the above clears that one up for you, when I get a minute I will look into the other matters you are concerned with.

    Kind regards

    Hi Gutherg - as promised.

This may be a bit old now as well but I think it is worth viewing if you have not seen it before. You would probably (most sure you would have) heard the name Cramer from the Street. In this video he blatantly confesses what he done. Copy and paste the following into your google browser hope it works.

Some thing else that is worth a read when it comes to major deception is

It takes some reading but I found it interesting.

Hi Gutherg - thank you for your further comment much appreciated.

Re: “Also, it's no good trying to pretend this is just a historical problem from a growing company……….” You may be misunderstanding matters, you have kindly assisted me with your main points as to “Why should the public be skeptical of Neah Power's press releases” to which I have thanked you for saving me some time on looking up the historical events and some of that of last year and hope you will continue to do so.

You may have noticed in my replies to date I have touched on why progress may or may not have been made i.e. “As Neah product was just one component of the products you mention I would like to review the actual product if you have such information at hand such as the EKO Vehicles”. We may find if we look into such matters deeper we may get to the bottom of the whys and wherefores, as we have only briefly scratched the surface. Of course old technologies are replaced with new and I think it prudent to mention cheaper products become available in this rapidly moving field. I have made reference to the patents partly with such matters in mind.

I note your comment “The pattern of behavior has not changed; the owners of this company have not changed; the management of this company has not changed. Why would you expect a different result this time?” Good question. To which you are assisting me in arriving at a possible answer. I have no crystal ball; I can not tell you the outcome of the next significant events here. What we can do is look into it as much as possible within the time permitted, which in turn may or may not assist with ones conclusion on the subject matter. I do not think that anyone should be swayed by what is written on this message board, I think the purpose of the board is to exchange views on the possibilities of what may or may not be.

    Kind regards
    Sr Falconi

Hello Gutherg Thank you for getting back to me.

    Re: your note
“Are we to infer, then, that you are still putting your faith in the eventual closure of the Shorai deal? Despite the fact that the last three acquisitions they announced never actually occurred?”

No not at all, as we are aware there are several other aspects one would have to consider. For example in this thread to date I do not think we have mentioned the Silent Falcon arrangement.
Extract below from the Silent Falcon Web Site

    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
    October 15, 2014
Neah Power partners with Silent Falcon™ to integrate fuel cells into unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV)
Formira® hydrogen-on-demand technology expected to increase mission endurance and enable heavier payloads. Jointly published white paper available on website.

To this effect we have a similar situation to the ? I asked you regarding Shorai

I have amended the wording in my original note to relate to Silent Falcon.

To this effect if one was to say Neah’s press release regarding the partnering was suspect one would also have to say Silent Falcon's press release copied from their web site above would be like wise. I do not think that is the case.

I will get this bit off to you first and reply further.

    Kind regards
    Sr Falconi

    Hello Gutherg

Thank you for your daily historical event. Just as we thought, it sure is giving us something to fill in the gaps while we wind down the days to News on the Shorai Acquisition. We getting close to the 10, 9 , 8 count down stages.

    Re : “Here's a fun one from 2011”

Ha Ha I doubt if I can reply in just one post this is just the sort of thing I like to look into. It would not be the first time I have come across dittys such as this, usually such matters are related to the struggle of companies in their early years of formation.

I just thought we need to be careful here, the way we are going we shall exceed your level of tolerance in respect of the number of posts in a thread I won’t bother to look back but I think it was 19. I would think as we progress your level of tolerance will hopefully increase. In the event that is not the case, a way forward would be to use the topic heading “Some history for Sr. Falconi part 2”. By the time we get that thread topped up we shall hopefully have the Shorai news or be very close to it.

Once again thank you for today’s historical event, as advised I will look into in depth and reply further.

    Kind regards
    Sr Falconi

Hi Gutherg - as promised please find below my response to your last paragraph.

“The entire point is that press releases from Neah cannot be trusted. If they are claiming parts are available in March 2014 that are still not available in March 2015, this is one of a long stream of claims that erodes trust. I personally believe next to nothing they say in press releases”

Thank you for your opinion from an historical view point. Once again thank you for saving me time in going over old ground much appreciated. As you are aware I’m relatively new here. To this effect I’m looking more at current affairs and what lays a head. You would agree the latter will have a bearing in the future particularly in relation to the pps to which all investors would be interested in.

Would you kindly do me the honor of replying to my post in relation to Shorai placing the Neah Acquisition on their web site. I would dearly like to know if you think Shorai’s press releases are also not to be trusted. I have checked the Shorai site this morning and their press release is still evident.

Look forward to hearing from you in due course.

    Kind regards
    Sr Falconi

Hi Gutherg -Thank you for your reply.

    Regarding your note
“So.....In what sense am I only 50% correct?”

Your original note states "US-based Neah Power Systems has launched its new BuzzBar™ and BuzzCell™ products worldwide” To this effect to simplify this we have two components/devices BuzzBar and BuzzCell for our purposes we can say that BuzzBar = 50% and BuzzCell is 50%.

You then go on to state “Of course, these devices were NOT available through their website”, “and indeed the BuzzCell, which is their alleged fuel cell product, remains unavailable to this day.” The operative word being devices, IMO had you left the reference out to the BuzzBar and used device instead of devices. IMO Opinion you would have been 100% correct at the time.

In previous posts I have made reference to the pending patents in so much, is there any relation to the same in respect of the Formic Acid Fuel Cell.

I will get this bit of first and I trust you find my explanation to your satisfaction. Regarding the your last paragraph “The entire point….” I will reply after posting this bit.

    Kind regards
    Sr Falconi

Hi Gutherg - trust all is well.

“Of course, these devices were NOT available through their website, and indeed the BuzzCell, which is their alleged fuel cell product, remains unavailable to this day”

Regarding you note above, I have made a quick check and you do appear to be 50% correct in what you are saying at first glance but I do need to spend more time on it . As you know on the Neah Web site there is a link to the BuzzBarr Suite site I can see you can purchase all the items with the exception of the BuzzCell at the present time. I note that the instructions for the BuzzBar Suite state

“The BuzzCell is being designed to accept fuel catridges which will produce about 7.5Wh of energy. Two catridges will fully charge the BuzzBar. The fuel is formic acid.” Being Designed being the operative word there.

I will look into this further, however I have had a quick look at a press release dated March 2014 and there is some contradiction there.

Between you and I the BuzzBar Suite is not the bigger picture for me, we can chat about that later.

    Thank you for your post.

    Kind regards

    Hi Gutherg –

First I’m sorry to hear that the previous thread had become a little to long for your good self. For ease of reading and in the event you may wish to reply I have taken the liberty to copy and paste my last post to you hear in this thread prior to it also becoming lengthy.

Thank you very much for digging out the first of your historical press releases; you have saved me a great deal of time. As previously advised I’m more into what is going on now, however as we have time on our hands before we hear about the conclusion of such matters as the Shorai acquisition and on going developments i.e. Formira it will not hurt to look at the historical events.

I’m particularly interested how small companies struggle along from the start, they often start out with a goal in mind and end up with some thing completely different but related. With this example like so many others, here we have a private company that goes public, it is not unknown that those who were loyal and treated as part of the team while the company is private kind of get pushed to one side as the company goes public as the power shifts.

The main topic of your thread being Skepticism in respect of Historical press releases. In my opinion press releases on many occasions from a variety of companies have some thing in common. During press releases of the companies to which I have followed in the past (all in product development) I would hear the presenter time and time again (often the CEO) telling us how delighted and excited they were with progress to a point of bordering on frustration for some. However at the time not a lot had changed other than development was making progress. To me it was always the end result that mattered.

I’m hoping this bit fits in. As Neah product was just one component of the products you mention I would like to review the actual product if you have such information at hand such as the EKO Vehicles.

Look forward to hearing from you
    Kind regards
    Sr Falconi
