How can Board of Directors justify not firing Mr B when 8 years ago he purchased Commercial Envelope for 230 million dollars. Than went on to buy Westvaco and National Envelope. Do know that every National Plant has been closed. He put the company in dept to overpay for a industry that quickly going out of business due to technology. Mr B whats your next purchase the POST OFFICE.
Well Mr B, you continue to out do yourself. On Nov. 3 the stock was at $1.79 now 50 cents. The stock is down$1.27 in less than 3 months. Again only the "Best Management Team in the Business" can achieve such results. You are now considered a loser on Wall Street. That is the results of surrounding yourself in business by your 3 sons. I still cannot believe our Board of Directors would approve this. I always thought the Commercial Envelope deal for 230 million dollars was the dump thing you did; but I was wrong.
I hear rumors that the managers are preparing a Class Action against Cenveo because they are force to buy Cenveo Stock. Mr B I hope the company has a good lawyer; because you will need one. The managers that were force to purchase the Cenveo Stock have lost their life savings. I would love to be on the jury for this case.
With the Cenveo stock now at a dollar. Are layoffs coming after the 1st of the year?. Mr B, and his 3 sons have no clue how to increase sales and profits so they will do what they always do is cut expenses. Maybe they may even take a pay cut!! But I doubt it. They will just take it out on the employees and give themselves a raise. To all employees if you have not started to look for another job you are leaving your family in a terrible position. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Mr B one month ago the stock was $1.79 now it is $1.06. That's a drop of 73 cents or a whopping 41%. You continue to be called the Joke of Wall Street. For the Cenveo employees you are considered to be the CEO nightmare. Please take your self and your three idiot sons and resign. You already miked the company for millions. It is time for you to go before the company goes out of business.
