Well, well, well, our mysterious friend is NOT out of moolah.
And he does like a bargain........

Until these shares get absorbed by moronic retail investors this stock will not go higher. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
They recently issued 14 million shares of of stock that converts at $1.01 on top of the existing 10+ million shares already outstanding.
Are there any more stealth shares I've missed?
So much for the StinkyAlpo bloggers theory of needing to do an equity raise!
So they issue a p.r. for a b.s. new customer deal but fail to mention they are going to flood the market with 4x the number of shares currently outstanding!
Company has $6 million. How far along is that going to take them?
Stock offering is coming. That is just reality.
Until we see statistical data, its all speculation.
I like the story, but pretty much everything on this board now is pure b.s.
Slimeball Jimmy trying to squeeze shorts on Dumb Money show last night.
At what point does it become a turn off for customers who feel they are being rushed?
Chipotle seems to have mastered their domain, they have customers thinking they can do no wrong. At some point if they keep bowing to Wall St's demands for growth, growth, growth, they are risking killing the goose thats laying the golden eggs..... i.e. their image as guys who are more interested in doing the right things rather than profits.
I like a good burrito as much as anybody, byt did you listen to the earnings conference call???
Their entire focus is on shoving cattle through the chow line as fast as they can. Thats how the determine who gets promoted and who gets a bonus.
May work in the short term, but.................................
OMFG! This stock is the second coming of Krist!

Hey pud_and_dud you are a genius. You come in and spew ignorance that validates your stoopidity.
I'm sure management didn't think anythig through the way you did in your 10 minutes of due diligence. When is the last time you talked to an investment or commercial banker???? Never? Oh, thats what I thought.
It's better remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak up and remove all doubt!
Way to go dummfukk!
What was that quote on the Conf call..... we are going to 'slug it out' with or main competitor Aeroflex for all future business.
Defense leader Aeroflex spends more on landscaping & donuts than TIK does on R&D.
Guess who can build and sell test sets at the best price? The lack of new orders at TIK tells you who is getting the orders, AEROFLEX

Ain't this a hoot. A Soviet throwback oligarch paid a big premium for an illiquid heavily shorted turd.
Is this khrushchev wannabee getting ready for WWIII? Or does he smell OPPORTUNITY???
This stinks of serious stock manipulation opportunity as we can already see happening.
It will end badly, it always does. The only question is how far the communist can pump it before the SEC brings charges.
I'm guessing the company will eventually change its name to Siberian Biolabs.
