Barry Bonds is the only guy/gal telling the truth. Everyone here knows that O can't ever come back without 'Taketa' working directly with the FDA. Takeda is not going to be allowed to conduct their own private investigation and then miraculously come up with the magic answer and then have O re-introduced. Nice fantasy. No, T will have to work directly with the FDA in somehow running some new trials (this will never be allowed because of death) or something similar. The guidelines for O's re-acceptance would need to be approved beforehand by FDA. T would not be doing all this by itself. It would be a very long, public process, spelled out in detail and agreed to by FDA.
Therein lies the tip-off. If there were ANYTHING going on of substance, then T is bound by law to make this material event publicly known. Since they have made NOTHING publicly known, we know for a fact that NOTHING is happening, in terms of a planned/agreed plan for resolution with FDA.
Everyone knows this already because I have told you this many times. Thank you once again for accepting reality.
If safety results are good, we will certainly not need to wait 6 months to learn it.
Horizant seems like garbage to me. But maybe I'm wrong. I expected drop in share price tomorrow. Let's watch. $1 million salary for CEO must be nice. Just run failed trials for years and rake in the big bucks. Nice gig while it lasts.
... for Monday. Company is not hiding this Earnings Report. Monday will rock!
... for Friday?
Good Show. Good Ad. Go Belviq!
I am sending you to Ignoristan, where I have enrolled you in English classes.
Agreed ppal -- FCEL does not want to own/operate their own fueling stations. Seems to me that their concern is being in the good graces/interests of those who do own/operate the stations. That being said, FirstElement seems to be the right group. They are intimately aware of FCEL and the operations in Southern Cal. Whether or not that will translate to FCEL being hooked up on future hydrogen production remains to be seen -- but FirstElement seems to be the best possible contract-winner as far as FCEL is concerned.
My personal experience at Super Bowl parties is that the show is no longer for football fans but 'America' in general who wants to watch the halftime show and generally be part of the party. It is no longer about football, for better of for worse. Well, doesn't really matter .... the more ads the better, especially since Arena is not paying. Cheers!
I would seriously like to see Super Bowl Ad in 2015. Those ads are watched as online videos for a week before and after. I don't see it as either/or. More ads, more revenue.
No need for that, as far as I can see. MDs/public already know that Fen-Phen had one good and one bad pill. Keep the good Phen and replace bad Fen with Bel. Simpler for public to understand, no benefit from one pill. Also, some patients may not even need/want both.
