Moshe explained that the revenue miss was because of two deals in Russia failing to close.
I personally think they should shut down the Moscow office and cut their losses.
There is no way they can win a single deal in Russia while the USD vs the Rubble is at 70.
With Oil prices dropping it will get much worse before it gets better to do business in Russia.
It was not the company... It was a brokerage house.
The CEO denied the article. If their prospective customers think they are for sale, they would delay any purchases.
Don't get me started....
They do it here in the US every day !!
e.g. the Blackberry buyout article by Samsung few weeks ago. The same plot, squeeze the shorts !!
The buyout story was planted by someone in Israel.
It was done to compensate for the not so good earnings report.
It was done to deep fry the 500K shares shorted in anticipation for a bad report.
Ben Bassat, in an interview in Calcalist today, claimed the company is not for sale.
In anycase, he wont sell for $300M.
I was Ducking with your twisted head.
Do you really think I would follow someone that claims 29M in revenues with 6c in profit?
You are making me lough like a crazy person,
Matt, you have the nerve to show your face?
I sold my huge position yesterday because of your Click's assessment.
Shame on you for scaring people for no reason.
I just think the $300M is wrong.
The minimum price should be $400M
At least Moshe wants to sell and its a good news !!
