A test of historic highs is all that is needed, breakout, market retreats to test support.
If markets can't break that range, it will still need to retreat.

Judging from volume, breakout isn't going to happen. If they do it, be wary, may be a head fake. ie. break out followed by a retest and break in support

Why would they want to sit on the information unless it's a CRL?
