you buy,. I dare you. You won't because you know it is falling further.
I don't understand why it continues to drop like this instead of one sudden FALL and then that's the bottom. There doesn't appear to be a bottom for this stock.
That just fueled the pump and dump. Sending it when the market open vs. beforehand when things can be orderly.
They are doing everything in the book to get away .
Why is that? You try to pump newbies but you, yourself refuse to buy this stock now. Why?
are you the CEO or the CFO of ESI writing under an pseudonym? Is that why you can't publish to SEEKING ALPHA?
Why don't you write article for SEEKING ALPHA to publish? What good is this when only 10 losers read this???? don't you get it? You are talking with losers under this stock. Why not publish the same information to SEEKING ALPHA so more people know about this stock????? What are you afraid of?
None of you expected it to be this bad and getting worse as there are no buyers.
Are you the CEO or President of ESI writing this?
It could be since they are known to lie and fabricate that they would say their ITT grad slaries are rising, but do they have evidence?
Can you do us a favor and upload THEDEATHRACE's article to Seeking Alpha? See below.
10K lays out all obligations related to private student loans...where is the big mystery anymore?
ESI has always disclosed the amounts of its guarantee obligations. Now we have financial results stated as if ESI had issued the student loans itself.
So, obligations for 2015 and 2016 are $64 million to pay off PEAKs and the 2009 RSA for those years. ESI has cash of $135 million, plus another $10 million in restricted cash above and beyond the Cerebus loan of $85 million. ESI also has $10 million in current assets owed to it from the PEAKs and 2009 RSA. The $85 million in Cerebus loan is covered by restricted cash balance that is not included in the $135 million figure above.
2014 operating income was $68 million, and that includes $32 million spent on legal and accounting fees.
2015 operating income (same as EBITDA for ESI's purposes) is projected at $90 million to $100 million (and that includes $20 million in legal fees estimated I believe). That $90 million - $110 million for 2015 more than covers all PEAKs and 2009 RSA payments for the next three years through 2017. So ESI's cash position will be looking like $135 million, plus $10 million PEAKS and 2009 RSA current asset, plus the positive difference of operating income (let's call it at the low end of $90 million) less the PEAKs and 2009 RSA 2015 payment of $44 million. And that includes $20 million spent on estimated legal fees. Cash balance should be solidly above $150 million.
ESI market cap at $2 was $46 million, less than 1/3 of its cash balance and 1/3 of its book value (which is basically its real estate assets). With EBITDA at $100 million level, for instance, shares were at 0.5 times EBITDA
why won't any of you publish his article to seeking alpha for him as he refuses to reveal who he is. that is why he won't send this to Seeking Alpha.
why don't you buy at this price. Why are people refusing to buy? Doesn't make sense to me.
that is why they all refuse to write a positive report and send to SEEKING ALPHA.
Can you write an article and post the facts to Seeking Alpha? Why are there only negative articles on ESI by Seeking Alpha. Why won't anyone of you write a positive one?? why not send the article written by TheDeathRace so more than just 10 people can read it????? Why won't any of you help to save this stock?
can you write a article about this for Seeking Alpha?
Or just cut and past the article for THEDEATHRACE who refuses to send his write-up to Seeking Alpha as he doesn't want to reveal himself. Can you do me a favor and send it on his behalf under your own name so it is printed. He did a good article and it would make the price jump. I really don't understand his refusal to publish it.
If the fraud trial or settlement is at least a year away, why do you think people are not buying? Especially if the 10Q for 1st quarter will be out on the 15th?
