Depends on your point of view calling a short seller a thief. I would disagree with that characterization unless the short is running naked since that would be tantamount to counterfeiting. And since this company is all about ANTI-counterfeiting, it would be just wrong, not to mention ironic, for a naked short to be involved with this company. But shorting in and of itself is simply part of the market as far as I am concerned. If you buy a put option does that make you a thief? It's not much different from shorting in both concept and goal. You benefit if the price goes down and your put option becomes more valuable. But that's just called trading in my dictionary.

And speaking of trading. Nice initial reaction to earnings followed by a fairly predictable sell off, followed by some buying back to get us close to resistance. In my mind you now have a double top at 2.65/2.67 that needs to be cleared before you can expect a sustained rally.

I do like the growth rate now being above 100% Y/Y for 2 Q's in a row. The next step from that perspective is another jump to accelerate to something more in line with a growth company that is still a microcap - like 250-500% Y/Y. That should be achievable when some of their initiatives come to fruition.

Stay Tuned - we are still on the road...

I'm not sure how evolution became the topic of discussion here but as long as it is I will say unequivocally that evolution is not merely a theory but it is a 100% fact of life. To not understand that is to keep your head in the sand and believe in fairy tales written many many moons ago by people intent on controlling others with their tales of hell fire and brim stone. To think that there are otherwise intelligent adults walking among us who refuse to understand science and instead choose "faith" as an explanation of the universe is always disturbing. But hey, I am sure I am in the minority among the human population since most people believe in one of the various major religions of Earth. Being one who KNOWS there is life elsewhere in the universe I would ask those who insist that "God" created man in his image, what about all the other beings in the universe? Were all the life forms on Earth really "Created" all at once? What about all the life forms across the universe? All one big simultaneous creation party? Seriously?

I am also unsure who you are talking to since I had called for a wash out and quick bounce and pre announced that I would have buys in the low 3's.

Very good news indeed. Also makes sense of the timing of the washout yesterday. When my step-father first taught me how to trade the silver futures back in the late 70's (while I was still in high school) we noticed that most big moves in a direction started with a high volume move in the opposite direction. We called it "the baump" - like the mugger who comes up behind you and baumps you in the head to knock you out and steal your money - or, in this case, your shares. The proverbial shaking of the tree to get the loose apples to fall to the ground.

Yes - the growth rate is getting better but on the tiny base it does indeed need to grow exponentially from here to get interesting. I am starting to think that private enterprises will outpace the government as far as providing significant short term growth. The blokes inside the beltway (my former stomping ground) move at a glacial pace and by the time they do their thing it may be icing on top of the cake baked by the private sector.

RE the TA setup, it's getting in a very tight range between the 50 and 100 day MA's. There should be some good action coming soon given the current setup. That said, I actually expect it to break down and create a wash out, high volume short term bottom in the low 3's and then shoot back towards $4. That's why I have buy orders below the market here.

Now, let me count the seconds before I get a snarky response from Shark - or is that a Sharky response?

Right on track thank you very much. You keep on bashing and I'll keep on trading to a larger share count. I appreciate all your noble efforts to keep the pps low. It makes my job to accumulate that much easier.

I don't know about that Shark - I think my oscillators did just fine thank you very much. There were very over bought when the price was above 4.30 and are now coming down nicely as the price has been building a higher base than the previous base - just as predicted. The 50 day MA has been tested as of yesterday and may very well hold. If not, we'll likely see a wash out down to the low 3's where I will be waiting with another bid as the oscillators get extremely over sold.

But, naturally you'll shoot back something ridiculous as you continue to believe you're the only person on the planet with a brain, right scarecrow?

Not a good sign. Probably why the rally to 206 failed yesterday. Chart looks bearish now and a break down through 195 will create a setup for a sudden sell off. Sell for now or protect yourself with puts. this is coming from a long time bull of TSLA (since the 20's) and a huge fan of Elon Musk.

It's not that anyone thinks that dilution doesn't matter it's just that until the company grows its revenue to a point of posting a positive cash flow we all understand its a fact of life. If you think you are the only one who understands that then you are delusional...or is that dilutional?

I think you need to turn your chart upside down. Tomorrow should see an early test of the 50 day MA (around 209 today). That test should happen within 90 minutes of trading followed by a pull back to 206ish and then a struggle in the afternoon to climb back to the daily high. If it breaks through the 50 day MA you will see a squeeze towards 215-217.50 with a likely close around 215 on Friday.
