A DIME good TIME to BUY

You're a bull now? Aw yeah!

Got ym avg down to $0.1449 and just sent Perry an e-mail with some investor "concerns."

This sector is poised for so much attention I am completely dumbfounded at the silence from management. Nothing, no comment at all, on the proposed senate bill. No details on Kannaway. No response to Project CBD.

    Silence from MJNA Management

I wonder what MJNA has to say about the proposed senate bill? I wonder what they are actually doing.

But it remains illegal at the federal level. That disparity locks marijuana businesses out of the banking system and exposes users to arrest.

Paul's legislation would ensure that buyers and sellers in those states would not risk federal prosecution if they are complying with state and local laws, according to congressional aides and a marijuana-advocacy group.

Democratic senators Corey Booker of New Jersey and Kirsten Gillibrand of New York also have signed on to the bill. The three lawmakers plan to discuss it in detail at a press conference on Tuesday.

I may need to go back to school to unwind CANV. As far as I can tell on the surface there was a shortage of shares at one point. Why and how seems clouded a bit. Personally, I'd prefer to stay away from the growers if I hold the IP to get the best strains, doesn't matter to me who grows it as long as I can collect a fee.

It's been 4 months since we had an SEC filing. During this time there has been a major **alleged** acquisition and the Q4 2014 ended.

Can't you just feel the excitement (not)? Must be too busy moving Dixie's 14 staff members out to CA, I'm sure they had no problem uprooting their lives in CO to do this. Wonder if anyone still even works at Dixie. Wonder about a lot of things. Including my investment.

I think when you brand yourself as the experts, you must behave like the experts and not behind the shadows and specters of fraud. It is not possible to promote a healthy and growing business environment when you DO NOTHING but rent booths at trade shows and acquire pyramid scheme sales organizations. So the silence, to me, is making me very afraid for my investment. To make matters worse, if our worst fears prove true, it is a smear on the entire industry that could set us back years in the public perception battle.

  • If we are having the goal of promoting awareness, let's make the earnings report the priority. That is the easiest way to get coverage of your products and services. Wouldn't it be nice if let's say a Reuters or a CNBC had something to talk about? Wouldn't that be 100x times more effective than a face to face with 100 or so trade show attendees, many of which are other vendors trying to sell to you?

You have a smudged reputation. All the trade shows in the world will not stop people from reading the Project CBD report. How can you set up a booth to push your products when there is market perception of fraud or possibly dangerous additives to your products?

Can we hear about the counter-lawsuit please. Can we hear about Kannaway please. Can we see the Q4 earnings please. Can we have a conference call please.

I know I previously said I would take it easy on criticizing but come on guys. It really looks like no one cares about the stock or the reputation. Companies with that attitude towards the markets usually only make noise when they need to sell shares. Is MJNA such a company? Look. We are about to fall under $100M cap. Isn't that embarrassing? Doesn't that upset you?

Keep letting the shares slip down here and someone with deep enough pockets actually will do something about it and take your company right out from under you.

To be fair, I watched a youtube of a Kannaway sales pitch. It's pretty bad. Amway all day long. Yeah, Amway makes money. But why not just do a registered dealer model? The $999 premium package is an absolute waste of money and does not promote selling Dixie or other products, it promotes getting more people to become brand ambassadors. If that woman said "value" one more time it was still 100 times too many. This is what happens when you don't target real sales management and go with these pyramid type deals.

Took 15,000pc of the .1105 shares

Even if the avg net delta today was $0.001/sh, that would be $2,200 total of movement with today's volume. If you could explain yourself that would be great, but more and more you just talk nonsense.
