Still in with what I had, before this dip. Have been through this before. The only difference is, I was younger then. May pick up a little more, for my dollar cost averaging, but will stay the course for the dividends.
Hanging on to everything I have. Will wait along with rmarfl, for the $57. Still have a little dry powder, and am collecting the dividend, while I wait.
Ya, but when Fidelity screws up, like it did with the dividend, it's OK. What are they getting paid for anyway? Sure not doing the job Shell hired them to do.
There are a couple of pipelines coming her to Northern Nevada, and a very small tank farm. You actually think that every refinery in California has it's own pipeline and tank farm. The answer is no. The only difference is in the additives, that are added at the tank farm, and then shipped to the stations. You have no idea which refinery it came from.
Hanging on to all RD, that I have, and may add a little more. There is always the dividend. Have never lost any money on RD, and have been with it for over 40 years, off and on. This is a time for patience.
Well, I'm sitting on a lot of RD right now. I don't believe is buying high and selling low. I will stay the course and collect the dividends, and if it gets into the fifties, I will get a few more shares, and it will really help my dollar cost averaging.
Has anyone herd from Fidelity about the 4th quarter, 15% Dutch withholding? I called a while back , and have not heard back from Fidelity as of yet. I was wondering if anyone else has? Appears that Fidelity is not doing the job that Shell hired them to do. We may have to contact Shell Retirement Services and raise the issue.
Spent 45 minutes on the phone with a Fidelity Representative and was told that 15% was not withheld, and we received the total dividend we were entitled to. So I guess it depends on which representative you talk with. I don't think that they have a clue as what we are talking about. Think I just got the run around by a bunch of clueless employees. Was transferred twice. Never got anywhere.
