Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on LAKE at TheTechTrader site noting: Lakeland Industries Inc. (LAKE) had a big day on Tuesday. Over that last couple weeks, It had a falling wedge, a one-day pop, and a four-week declining channel. It took out some lows and some support. It had a beautiful reversal day on Tuesday. That reversal day did the following: It took out the 10, 21, and 50-day moving averages on its way to a phenomenal run-up, 3.65, or 36.7%, on 8.1 million shares. That’s huge volume for this stock. It’s a big short position, and that was a big short-covering rally on Tuesday. I’m looking for a retest of the 16-16 1/2 zone coming up.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on CLDX at TheTechTrader site noting: Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (CLDX) is doing quite well. The base is in, the breakout occurred, there’s a breakaway gap, a little pullback hold, it popped, and formed a 3-day flag. It looks to me like it wants to go higher. I’m looking for a retest of this breakdown point, which is resistance up in the 22-23 range. That’s my first target. Beyond that, you may see it back in the high 20’s.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on NDRM at TheTechTrader site noting: NeuroDerm Ltd. (NDRM) had a explosive move and then a 3-wave corrective pullback. On Monday, it bounced, snapped back, and on Tuesday, it followed through. It took out the little double top at 15.05 that I was looking for. Now the test of the 18 1/2-19 zone may be had. I’ll be looking for it to get into the low-to-mid 20’s.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on NVAX at TheTechTrader site noting: Novavax, Inc. (NVAX) is a junior biotech vaccination stock that has been great, particularly in the last few days. After breaking out and pulling back, it has run sharply from 5.82 to 7.43 in the last three sessions. It’s at a key resistance zone at the top of the channel, so it may get a little bit of a pullback/consolidation should it blow through there. The mid-range target is 8 1/2 coming up.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on PLNR at TheTechTrader site noting: Planar Systems Inc. (PLNR). Talk about a pop. Look at this breakaway gap on a monster earnings report. That beautiful wedge is forming, with low volume and a coil-type shape. If this coil gets taken out it could rocket into the 12-13 range. Let’s start with a target around 9 1/2-10, and then we’ll talk about 11 3/4-12.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on CLDX at TheTechTrader site noting: Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (CLDX) closed very well despite the pullback this morning after the explosive move in the last four days. It came off the low at 21.20 and closed at 22.35, up only 6 cents. If it can start to run, it could take out 24, and then we’ll see this stock at 28.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on LAKE at TheTechTrader site noting: Lakeland Industries Inc. (LAKE), which I put a swing on Monday, because after examining the picture and the technicals, and after a big run-up and a big retracement, I believe the falling wedge has popped out two days ago. A little bit of a retest is on the way right now on very low volume. Relatively. A little micro falling wedge. Keep an eye on this one going forward. Targets are 16.45-.50, triple-top, and if it gets through that then it’s off to the races.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on GRPN at TheTechTrader site noting: Groupon, Inc. (GRPN), which I put a swing on Monday, because it’s unprecedented for me to see 150 million shares traded in two days. More importantly, the breakout comes out of a multi-level base and the breakaway gap on Friday. It surged into the high area and it didn’t back off. It wasn’t up much, but it did get up to 7.66 and closed at 7.37. Let’s see if this is able to follow through. The targets are 8 1/4, followed by 9 3/4-10.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on NSPS at TheTechTrader site noting: NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NPSP) is doing very well. The long-term pattern shows a year and a half base, following a huge move it had in 2013 that took it from about 7 and change up to the mid 30’s. The consolidation has set it up for more upside potential. The longer-term pattern shows the possibility that it may be in an uptrend that could take it all the way up towards the mid-to-high 60’s at some point.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on NLNK at TheTechTrader site noting: NewLink Genetics Corporation (NLNK), one of our swing trades, is doing well. Looking at the chart, you can see the multiple-session highs, and the lows that it came off of on Tuesday, reaching as low as 35, and closing at 38.29, up 1.45, or 3.9%, on 3.4 million shares. That was a beautiful reversal. If it gets some more volume to take it definitively above 39 1/4, it may very well test the double-top at 42. The next target is 46-47.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on SRNEat TheTechTrader site noting: Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (SRNE) looks like it’s in a nice set-up as the bull coil tightened ever so slightly but steadily. On Wednesday it was up 34 cents, or 3.5%. If the technicals can hold up, then this stock could still be a 13-14 dollar stock. It could happen in the next few weeks or the next few days.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on TKMR at TheTechTrader site notTekmira Pharmaceuticals Corp. (TKMR) has a nice set-up. On Wednesday, it was up 64 cents to 24.25, or 2.7%, on nearly a million shares. The big gap a week ago was followed by a week-long consolidation wedge. My target is 29 1/2-3/4, if it can get over the 25.40 zone.ng:
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on FEYE at TheTechTrader site noting: FireEye, Inc. (FEYE) had another good pop on Thursday, up 2.21, or 7%, on 6.7 million shares, closing not far off the high. It was a good day trade as well. It needs to get through resistance at 34 1/2, and then it may start to run. That is the target for Friday. The secondary target is a recap of 37, and beyond that, 41-42 is the longer-term swing target.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on AVNR at TheTechTrader site noting: Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AVNR) is looking well. It went up to 13.83 before backing off, but it was still up 48 cents, or 3.7%, on 7.3 million shares. That’s a little bit better volume, but what I want to see is if this can get going again. It’s in a rising channel, and there’s lateral resistance. The next target is 18.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on GOGO at TheTechTrader site noting: Gogo Inc. (GOGO) is one stock I want to show you because of the big reversal. On Monday, it went from 3.40 off the low, and closed a dime off the high at 18.40, up 1.76, or 10.6%, on 9.1 million shares. Quite a reversal day. A spike up right off the line at 15.72 and right through resistance. What I’m looking for is follow-through to test the 19 1/2-3/4. Once it gets through that, if it can, look for 22 1/2, and then 25. Those are my next targets.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on FLML at TheTechTrader site noting: Flamel Technologies SA (FLML) had a key breakout on Wednesday, not only on an intermediate or long-term basis, the long term chart shows the highest level of seven years. It may very well lead to something more significant. But, for now, the breakout here has me thinking it’s going to move up to the top of the channel to the 21 zone. That’s my next target.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on INFN at TheTechTrader site noting: Infinera Corporation (INFN), one of our swing trades, is acting well. It popped, broke out, pulled back, and held support on Monday. The next target is a test of 16.45, and then 18.00.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on NLNK at TheTechTrader site noting: NewLink Genetics Corporation (NLNK), which we put a swing on Thursday, is acting well. The reason I put it on is that after the big move, and the .282 Fibonacci retracement, it’s holding price and moving average support. It popped out of the 2-week falling wedge. This stock has been down two days in a row, and on Thursday, it popped 3.94, or almost 13%, on 1.9 million shares. It had less volume in the last couple weeks. Definitely, a breakaway-type move. We’ve got to get it to move up to retest the 42 zone, and 42 is the short-term target. We’ll have to see what happens beyond that.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on IDRA at TheTechTrader site noting: Idera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (IDRA) had a nice reversal on Monday, opening at 3.80, it got up to 4.44, and closed at 4.41, up 37 cents, or 9.2%. The volume was a strong 4.7 million shares. It took out the double-top in the last two sessions, and that was a very strong close, which could lead to much higher levels. Targets going forward are 5 1/2 short-term and 6 1/2 intermediate-term.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on CRTO at TheTechTrader site noting: Criteo SA (CRTO) had a nice move on Wednesday. A big base had developed on this one. This stock came down in March at 61, and then got down into the low 20’s, around the 25 range. It bounced around, spiked up in three places, and then formed a falling channel. It broke out of that on Wednesday, up 6.44, or 22%, on 3.4 million shares. It popped, came across the declining topsline, moving average, and lateral price resistance. So, I’m looking for a quick test to see if it can get up to 37-37 1/4, but I think the target, for me, is going to be up around 40. If it breaks out of that level, then it’s on its way up to an important move as the major base pattern over the last several months will have been broken.
