Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on QLYS at TheTechTrader site noting: Qualys, Inc. (QLYS), a Boxer Swing Short, has been edging slightly higher, but had a reversal on Monday at resistance. It was down 95 cents to 41.44, and if it breaks below 40, the next target is going to be down around 34.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on TASR at TheTechTrader site noting: TASER International Inc. (TASR), which a swing trade was put on it on Monday, was up 67 cents to 32.88, or 2%, on 3 million shares. After a five-wave move up, it went into a multi-week consolidation, holding support. Stop it under 30-301/4, and if it gets over 35, we’re rocking it to 40-42. That’s the target on this one.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on KEYW at TheTechTrader site noting: The KEYW Holding Corporation (KEYW) was up 1.03 to 9.39, or 12.3%, on 1 million shares on Monday. This is an undiscovered stock that is slowly becoming discovered in the cyber-security field, that has had a rocking time of it in the last week. It spiked up from the 6 1/4 range to Monday’s high of 9.60 in just the last 4 sessions. There is overhead resistance around 10-10 1/2, which could be tested as early as Tuesday morning. But what I’m looking for is a pullback that’s not taken out, and a consolidation at the 8-9 zone. That would be a nice set-up. day
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on XNET at TheTechTrader site noting: Xunlei Limited (XNET) had a good day on Thursday, up 39 cents to 11.22, or 3.6%, on 836,900 shares traded. It spiked up, pulled back, held support, and now it’s coming on again. Notice the very narrow, 5-day consolidation, which is followed by a 2-day move. With this in mind, look for a test of 12-12.15, and when it gets through that, the target is in the 14-15 zone.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on JUNO at TheTechTrader site noting: Juno Therapeutics Inc. (JUNO) is doing great to say the least. It had an explosive move, a pullback, a long run up, another pullback, and then on Thursday it makes another move, a very explosive move, up 6.78 to 64.00, or 12%, on 2.7 million shares. It’s now challenging its post-IPO highs at 66. If it gets through that, look for it to run up to 70 next.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on EHIC at TheTechTrader site noting: eHi Car Services Limited (EHIC), with a base breakout, spiked from a tight wedge, and then on Thursday it exploded 2.35 to 18.14, or 15%, on 1.2 million shares. This stock may still have some room to go. I prefer to see a pullback consolidation, perhaps a little higher. The target is around 20, and then we’ll see what happens.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on SRNE at TheTechTrader site noting: Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (SRNE), after a pop and pullback, it formed a nice, little falling wedge and tried to pop again, and then pulled back to retest. It’s right on the moving average and price support. On Tuesday, it had a big reversal, going from 12.80 to 13.80, and closing just 2 cents off the high, up 48 cents to 13.78, or 3.6%, on 284,800 shares traded. It wasn’t huge, but we’ll see if it gets a follow-through. It’s four waves up. Look for one big wave to take it into the high teens.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on SGEN at TheTechTrader site noting: Seattle Genetics, Inc. (SGEN) is a swing trade of ours that is acting great, up 2.13 to 45.52, or 5%, on 1.6 million shares on Tuesday. After it popped, pulled back, it popped again, pulled back again, and broke out across the double top. The targets are 49 1/2, and then 55-6.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on CRR at TheTechTrader site noting: CARBO Ceramics Inc. (CRR) had an interesting day on Tuesday, up 1.02 to 43.69, or 2.4%, on 505,300 shares traded. It formed a base that it broke out of in April, then formed a flag, and pulled back to form a falling wedge. It broke out of the wedge, and has been up five consecutive days. Look for it to get to 44 1/2-3/4, and if it gets through that, look for 51 1/2-52 as a target, and then 58. The support, or course, is down at the apex.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on OPK at TheTechTrader site noting: Opko Health, Inc. (OPK) popped out of the little pennant, or wedge, on Monday, up 63 cents to 18.31, or 3.56%, on 3.3 million shares. That’s the best volume in 6 sessions. At this point, if there’s a follow-through, look for 20, and then 23 going forward.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on MNTA at TheTechTrader site noting: Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc. (MNTA) is still moving up, and on Monday it was up 1.27 to 21.12, or 6.4%, on 2.4 million shares. After the base, the run-up, and then the wedge, it broke out of the wedge. With the volume increasing to 2.4 million shares, and then pulling back midday, look for it to run up to 25-6, and the 29.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on INFI at TheTechTrader site noting: Infinera Corporation (INFN), one of our Top 25 picks for the year, was up 43 cents to 21.07, or 2%, on 1.8 million shares on Monday. It continues to step its way higher, but the reason it’s one of the charts here is because of its move through resistance. The pullback late in the day may signal a swing trade. It could get to 23, and then 27, which are the targets.
Harry has posted Charts of the Day video on ADXS at TheTechTrader site noting: Advaxis, Inc. (ADXS) was up 3.61 to 28.77, or 14%, on 3 million shares. Since first being spotted, this stock has gone up 400%. Since we had the last swing on it, it has gone from 8.00 to the 28-9 range, and doesn’t look like it’s stopping any time soon. Its channel calls for a lateral-price resistance at 34, and then 38 as targets, potentially. Keep your eye on this one and continue to raise your stops.
