Right on schedule! Slow and steady progress toward full production. Over half way there.
I beds have 4x the mineralization of C beds.... Time for silver price to recover.
Congrats to Revett workers. They are true professionals led by a strong team!
You are treading on very thin ice. In your present state of mind you are making very serious allegations that you cannot back up. This discussion is over.
Sounds like you are an individual with personal issues that may have influenced your rehire and in anger you slander the whole company. Look within. There is more going on here about you than about management.
Makes no sense. They want to bring back all their experienced people first to save
retraining time and cost besides being loyal to them which they have exhibited time and again. Your strong accusations are unethical without back up. Post a link or kindly retract.
Thanks DB. Likely this is a pre-startup inspection.
Price dipped over strong dollar depressing all commodities.
Silver has put in a bottom and will rebound from here going into fourth quarter along with other precious metals. Just in time for Troy resuming operations.
Waiting for a nice pop on news.
I don't know what is "standard". They do a mile of tunnel in a year... I'm sticking with 3 years.... Based on their experience and proximity toTroy. They will certainly hit the ground running..
Yes but the report was on the conservative side.
Only a $2.40 price target by mid 2015? They did not take account of the much higher mineralization in the I-beds. I think we should be $3-4 by then of course contingent on metal prices.
And 6-7 years to develop RC...... I think it's closer to 3 years from the permit.
But the coverage is certainly welcomed and likely there will be more forthcoming in the not too distant future.
A Comprehensive Report
The "weather" in the mine is pretty constant and it is usually "raining" as seeping water is the norm and they have pumps and drainage systems to deal with it.. I doubt heavy rain is a hindrance.
I expect they will be through in 3rd qtr as Shanahan has projected.. Likely then will begin to stockpile ore till west drive is completed and they reopen mill in 4th qtr according to plan. They are close!
I'm sure they did it that way for the goodwill and that does not go unnoticed. What goes around.......
I notice our prior more personal posts have been removed........
Fine with me, but was just wondering.
Small world.... Had a house in Chambers Brook 90-96. My daughter still lives there. Beautiful country but u r right the country feeling changes with the development.
I saw it. Well you are pretty savvy at financial analysis too. I raised my family in NJ. LIved in Matawan 12 years then Branchburg. Worked in Manufacturing Mgmt with Pfizer in Parsippany: Cost analysis/industrial eng'g.
Saw that. He is an important addition for their future. Shanahan knows how to build a strong team of qualified
As an aside you sound like you have a mining background... Am I close?
I am in Florida, where are you. Thx for all your info.
Not sure where it will begin but the 5,900 feet of drift to the I Beds will be single decline, similar to the spiral decline that was done in 2010 to access the C Beds
(which worked out really well if you recall that 2010 and 2011 were excellent operational years). They are hitting on all 8 cylinders! Think of how this experience will pay off when excavating Rock Creek begins. They will assuredly hit the ground running. Exciting times just ahead.
There are two declines accessing the orebody at this point. Total development is 7500 feet. They have just 812 feet left to go in the East drive and 1012 in the west drive or 1878 total.
The dual drives allow simultaneous movement of men and equipment in and out.
Better news is that they are in competent rock; meaning no more faults. They are in the homestretch!
