I do agree with that, and with a 5-10 bagger if they can refi for big interest savings.
But if they can't start growing that Digital independent of existing print customers (i.e. with actual new customers) at rates such that the increase in digital$ is at or very near the loss in print$, then the banks will likely be able to take the equity by the time a 1016 refi is due.
To really grow that digital, I think they'll have to come up with new products that work and are cool enough to get some buzz, and maybe pre-loads for some platforms. Otherwise, business folks will still answer Dex sales calls to their phones after "Hello" with "dex what?".
