Novice, you look more and more like a overpaid pumper every desperate day.
In fact, I might even be inclined to believe that if not for the fact that you are actually JoeL profanely wishing upon a faint, faraway star.
Clearly you've lost your mind and your dignity. I hope you don't lose your shirt, too.
"Another 6 cent finish today. "
You may be right, but I sure hope this thing doesn't go to 6 cents.
Complete SOMETHING, JoeL. But, I don't think "bear" is the term that would come to mind first.
And BTW, I really think you should stop trying to publicize your rape victim fantasies.
"I see great earnings"
" I see growth in digital"
"I see a news release"
"I see the whole story unfolding"
I see dead people.
When the nice men in the white suits come, please remember that they are there to help you.
When you walk down the street, do you prominently wear a Bluetooth-looking piece on your ear so that people won't know that you're talking to and arguing with yourself?
"i'm a little surprised they haven't announced their earnings release date."
Yes, I'm a little concerned about that. I hope they're not Dewey and LeBeouf-ing themselves.
Novice, if you're going to threaten me with legal consequences, you could at least append your comment to the correct thread.
You swing wild like a drunken sailor. My apologies to drunken sailors everywhere.
Yup, you busted me, too. Oops, I see that I just got finished saying that.
Well, I've already sealed the envelope, so I guess it's too late.
"source for these metrics"
One of the company officers said so at their last CC, so it must be true.
Actually, as I recall, the statement was more like "I don't have that data in front of me, but the last time I looked retention rates were about 80%."
From the customer reviews I saw online, some portion of the "retention" comes from automatic renewals that the customer did not ask for, did not want, and was not allowed to cancel.
I wonder how many of those frustrated customers would like to participate in an upcoming CC with top brass from DXM? Intermixing real customer experience with the often obsequious fund representatives sure would make for an interesting CC, eh?
JoeL actually made a very reasonable post. Too bad it is now deleted.
Do a browser search for "dex customer reviews" or "dex media customer reviews".
Find a plethora of outraged customers at the following dot coms:
itunes apple dexknows
Any reasonable person will tell you that it is those who feel they've been wronged that are most likely to post reviews. Problem is, I can't find any satisfied DEX customers. Can you?
Oooohhn I see, you're not "not looking for advice per se",
you're merely "Looking for advice" per your title on this thread.
Thanks for clarifying.
I think I understand - a guy who has never posted before, and who had $120,000 to wager on a speculative play, has come to a MB (dominated by a self-sucking SPAMMER with multiple ID's) in order to obtain wise investment advice.
Someone will be back to you with your advice soon, I'm sure.
I wish the same thing Novice, but SPAMMING the board with wishes won't change the share price.
A change in upper management probably would.
"You are a POS. " Bwaaaahahahaha!
If you don't have actual answers, call names and excrete non-sequiturs.
BTW, you evaded the question, so I'll try again: "So, what does an RR Donelley (sic)agreement have to do with (DXM) prospering in the digital space?"
"paid to post"?!? Almost always a lame suggestion.
The brutal truth is I'm a bagholder from about $15. I've bet a good bit of money that I can afford to lose, and remain long because of potential upside, knowing that the bet is "fraught with risk" as a wise man once said of this company's prospects.
Nevertheless, it is not necessary as a long to hold one's nose to ignore the stinking performance of this company's management. I think it would be wiser to be realistic about that, and perhaps hold them accountable in some ways.
"contract to do business" does not change the reality that paper is gradually dwindling to virtual extinction as a viable advertising medium. Surely you know that. So, what does an RR Donelley (sic)agreement have to do with prospering in the digital space?
I don't understand you. What are you trying to say here?
