Im not investing 6 min of my time... I got 3 seconds into it realized why am I giving someone bitter about their loss the time. Sorry dudes... nobody gets that bitter and spends ungodly amounts of time in investments they are not vested in in some way or another. If you are that's a lot worse and yeah I would revert to the hobby/gf insult. Who seriously invests this much of their time you might ask nobody. Like I said sorry about your loss not sure if your holding, looking for reentry or just on a personal mission to sink to co due to your loss but any and all scenarios make amazingly immature.

  • Pretty obvious the trolls that live here really just lost $ on this investment. How much do you guys think it was I say few thousand. That sucks browser I bet you wish you had your $ back. Lol

Just think you could have went on a cruise or bought a bike or... instead you wasted it and now you're an Internet troll trying to justify your losses. That sucks dude...

It's obvious browser lost $ on this so you're really just dealing with his bias. Notice he never ever sources anything and look at the last message

. !?!?!?!? This pos!?!??!!? I think he lost thousands on this and that's why he's so vexed against it. The rest of normal civilization could care less what penny stock went asunder last week bc were not holders... This guy clearly was. I'd rather rub his loss in his face. He'll of course say now... ohhbh I'd never invest in this pos yada yada no... he just trolls daily for no reason? Yeah... he lost big time here

  • thomasw.byrd thomasw.byrd Jan 25, 2015 9:05 AM Flag

I know your not I feel bad for ones that want to but are really bad at it. It's basically just the risks of this investment. Ppl on here are only capable of thinking pumping or bashing but a real investor simply looks at pros and the cons to make the best choice. That's about it... seeing as he isn't reading the s1 I was just going hook him up with proposed risks it's really a bashers treasure trove yet none of them source it. Amateur hour

  • thomasw.byrd thomasw.byrd Jan 20, 2015 11:48 PM Flag

That's the best you can do? Seriously? If I wanted I could have a hay day with inherit risks and this is best you have? Dude that's pathetic want some sources for where to go to best be able to bash? Ray Charles could see the risk and throw credible bashing you are absolutely terrible at it. Seriously ill help just ask and I'll gladly point you in a direction where you can bash and get credibility. Dead serious please ask save yourself embarrassment; that is if you want some notoriety.

Of course I maintain opinion none of you matter if your on here you have no real impact. At best minimal day swings pffff who cares? Im fact I'd rather load board every neg info just prove pump/dump or legit how nobody who's a somebody cares what any of you think. That's reality... ask man trust me I have a lot more dirt. I just want prove the impotence here even at cost my own venture.

You need a hobby other than obsessing over me. Seriously it's pretty ridiculous.
.. notice that I never instigate posts about you? That's bc you don't matter and I only illustrate in response to your absolute follies of opinions. Yet more playground rhetoric... I've already conceded via rules of the playground your the clear victor. Seriously dude getting kinda creepy mind toning it down I'm not your ex gf... thanks

  • thomasw.byrd thomasw.byrd Jan 17, 2015 12:36 PM Flag

That was arguably the most playground response I've ever heard. Speechless

And you negated mention anything of merit ref Arizona green power aside from your extremely bias opinion so as usual I'd imagine everyone entirely ignore it. For example (fictional) AZ green power is fishy bc in 2002 they had this lawsuit or they've been involved in these failed projects then source it.

Again you think your opinion matters by not sourcing and it entirely doesn't. Source it and if it's credible then maybe it would. Hope that helps man

like it matters? Still think our opinions and actions matter I see. Report him, thumbs up/down respond don't respond those messages will still pop up. Sort of like how people rant on here all day/night like they will actually impact the stock. When will you ppl realize that nobody who matters ever would consider any information about this stock for/against ever, for any reason. It is humorous to watch ppl try though... you just need hobbies lol

    SWET on the move

Time line is sensible per ppas if retained take months but per s1 slated to be finalized in august. I givr it through 2015 if they don't close on something somewhere then yeah I say it's done for. Pickett has 3 mill line credit borrow on (against shares) possibly longer 2015.

If Pickett is successful I don't see a buyout by big fish. If numbers are correct revenue is around 400 mill year I don't see him selling the co. If someone bought today then yeah I see that happening as he needs cash bad but not after the risk is assumed. Needs min 70% justify financing on 20 year loan and on 30 year lone imagine drop around 60% ppa contracts. At around constant 400 mwh plant need around 26 to 30 10 mwh power contracts. That's a lot...

Dod? Said on conf call hear within weeks so not sure sup with that but based no news presuming worst but could be striking a deal.

Far far cry from where it was keep in mind this was in a flat spin down. More shares are coming Dec 14 so I personally see more dilution coming but possible it could maintain. If you actually follow the stock at this juncture the only wise play is to hold to see if they actually close a deal as I don't see any major resonate activity till they do. That's my opinion I AM NOT TELLING ANYBODY WHAT TO DO

I think news ppas will be around June to July so I'd get comfortable if your long

Updates on "perceived" time line whereas before shovels in ground 15 now hopeful December 15. Clearly underestimated time scale on registration, ppas and project in general. All really matters in life are those contracts. Unless Chile actually delivers....

It's really pathetic but I think the living trolls on the board really need the trite Internet social victories. Any post you make logical and risk encompassing will always be pumping. Pathetically ppl on here actually think their opinions will affect the co or effectively matter. I've stated many times that pro/con any statements made on here will have no implications on long term failure or success of the co. Large capital investors don't care what bloggers think but these trolls apparently think it does as they literally bash every day and nearly every if not all posts.... bonkers man.

Any rate catch new interview on website? --- major pumping here lol

Who is not surprised it came from con notes? Co is PRE REVENUE not insolvent. Pre revenue means no profit to date so when the co needs $ it borrows it. As closely as these trolls follow swet you'd think they'd know that. Those guys literally live on here its absolutely pathetic. Both those dudes probably 300 pounds, cheetoh stains on their sweat pants living in mom's basement switch from world of war craft to troll this board

Ihub does have higher quality investors... clearly above yet more childish behavior. I think something happened with IHUB and SWET as it wasn't that bad before then all the sudden they started targeting supportive posts like hawks. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out especially since SWET advertised with IHUB pretty obvious something happened.

Your math is simply just way off... per S1 co uses AVG of 75k a month so where this magical number of 250k appeared is just clearly a misinformed guess as usual. If you think about it multiply 6 times 75k rough cost estimate would be about 450k.

You also conveniently left out what options the CO has to exercise for funding... odds are your not even aware of what options are on the table. Clearly increase in share volume is intended to meet that potential as you need shares in exchange for convertible notes.

Don't listen to people on here as even when they bash they are misinformed as I clearly established as the realistic numbers are much higher than this pundit proposes. Can't even bash effectively but if you want I can provide some suggestions of where you can find actual information and use that to cast doubt at least you'd be doing it under an informed connotation. As usual don't believe me review the S1...

And as usual risk proposition remains the same anyone betting on this is betting that Pickett closes a deal somewhere. Short term sure there could easily be massive dilution.

Oh yeah I did! Unfortunately so long as ceo/key officers and board agrees it really doesn't matter what shareholders want. This wouldn't be a problem if stock trading around .30 share but at these levels yeah. Those shares may not necessarily hit market as current limit 640 million float now 500...

These shares are needed for credit line he has with Beaufort (3 mill). He needs to close on something! Bad! If I were him I'd be hanging out in Chile offering every iota of help possible to close on something somewhere. Seems with az/mex/chile he's spread to thin. I'd rather have fewer prospects and more energy driven to clear ones on table
