not at all, the stock goes down a few pennies aday, smart money is wrong at times, your concept that just because ichan and klaman bought this higher that they are going to get a higher price, the market says no.

yes, there are companies that get taken over for less than where so called smart money buys, just look at apkt, traded as high as 83 to 87, orcle buys them for 29 dollars, so it happens all the time

lets say all the smart guys bought at 9, they get there 2 dollar div, cost bases is 7, the stock is trading at 4.70, guys even smart money loses sometimes, facts are facts

i think the smart money is not to smart this time. All it does is go down a few pennies a day, the facts back me up, so I think the smart play is to go short, if i am wrong and it getts taken out the most it could be is 5.50, so I am going to roll the dice and see what happens.

the market seems to think that it is not worth more than 5 right now, ichan is not always right, but klarman is really good, we did get the 2 dollar div and also the nektor spin off, i am thinking we might get 6 or 7, but i do believe that this will get taken out, since that is all the company is doing, it could be tomorrow or sic months from now, just my opinion
