pin, i agree with you but how do you help those who are incapable? do you really believe all men are created equal?
the part where those sneaking in will vote Dimocratic when they gain amnesty, they like what's happening even if they are ruining their grandchildren's future.
capex spending could also be reduced before T would cut the dividend. T says their div is sacred,
unions = extortion and are great for the incompetent to hide. unions have dropped to such a low level of the population for a reason. you should start a business and let unions put you out of business
really? and what would that be? have you say? your buddy yis creating more 1% with his bs low interest rates than GWB ever did. Hey there's no inflation ;)
and we all know you're a smart guy ;)
Guess Ira ignores splits

I remember back in the good pld days when NOC mgmt had the stock up over 100 ,of course that was way before anyone ever heard of the anchor aka TRW and before the republicans completed their devaluation of the US Dollar.
jul 15 you said down to 100 by y/e
jul 11 you said down to 125 in a couple of months.
so if mid sept we are at 125, you then say in 3 1/2 more months we lose anohter 25 points.
Do I have your opinion right?
all of it? stocks with a 12 p/e are too high as well? Would you buy solid stocks if the market tanked? would cvx be on that list?
i like to watch xom keep that 14 p/e, cop higher p/e than cvx, cvx stays below those two. Kind of surprised with the extortion lawsuit in that 3rd world country overwith
down 30 points you say by year end....................that's only a 4.28% div yield, I am not sure I would even add at $100. Could you root for it to go lower please.
I own both but I disagree that T is better.............
In its last quarterly results, AT&T's core free cash flow (net income + depreciation – capex) payout ratio was 92%. In comparison, Frontier (which already cut its dividend) has a free cash flow payout ratio of 54%, and Verizon's payout is even lower at 25%.
Wednesday after the earnings are announced we will see which way we go. No telling at this time. $32 again in what time frame? $32 = 5.75% div
labbydog, 5 to 10 years.......and I thight I was conservative :(
I will say
Kind of depressing to think that's it but the div is why most buy it.
