Today a rather large envelope arrived from Kinder. I bought KMP 3X Jul 30, Jul 31, Aug 1,, Sold all Aug 13 all in 2014 and NEVER was in long enough to get a distribution but did make money as KMP popped after the Aug 10 - 11 announcement of the reorganization. It was all in an IRA so since I got no distributions I figured I had no L.P. tax impact, then why the Kinder package ?

Two out of every three people receiving stock dividend payments are rich, many totally, incredibly rich and should be paying more taxes instead of us soaking the middle class. I'm sick of the deadbeat rich who are unwilling to carry their fair share of the load...
Why would you say that?

[If Intel was interested was interested in ARM, they could just wait two years and buy them for under $10 a share.]
