Eat your VIG and shut your herpes infested mouth COKE BOY. FIENDING Pathetic FOOLLLL.
helping good people make money is what i am about mcoul. I believe next week will be a game changer for VirnetX so stay long and strong folks. Shorts are trying so hard to close VHC below 21 because they got to deliver 150K shares they don't have at the close if we close above.
Microsoft could settle next week as well folks. Lot of upside catalysts for VirnetX going into year end. Maybe VHC longs will be really thankful this Thanksgiving.
With Microsoft's purchase of Nokia's cell phone business for how many billions, Microsoft is obviously betting BIG that mobile is their future. Having already lost a major trial to VirnetX, it is HIGHLY likely they will find an amicable solution with VirnetX over SKYPE infringement. Apple's loss has already shown Microsoft a glimpse into their future if they go to trial so a settlement in the works makes BUSINESS sense.
Microsoft can't afford to win folks. They win, SKYPE suffers the same fate as Cisco. To win, they have to prove how UNSECURE their platform is.
Makes no sense to hire attorneys whose skill set is settlements unless you plan on settling folks. F&R know intimate details of how a settlement with VirnetX will work. Jsteve on IV deserves the props.
LOL...notice for Chad Brian Walker...of Fish & Richardson
Fish & Richardson, who also represented Mitel - Settled
Fish & Richardson, who also represented Avaya - Settled
Fish & Richardson's Chad Brian Walker representing Microsoft - ???
I agree Joe. The reason the good judge has not ruled on the RR is because there are serious negotiations taking place between Apple and VirnetX. New Bay IPRs were Apple's last shot so the pressure is now on Apple to work things out with VirnetX or face treble damages. Does anyone really believe the second Apple trial will see the light of day?
What happens if Apple's IPRs get killed off, Rothman goes to EDTX, and the good judge rules on the RR? All before Thanksgiving.
has negated Aastra, Mitel, NEC, Siemens, Avaya, Apple? Shorts trying too hard to force it so. Reality is VirnetX is stronger now than ever before yet the price sits here where Microsoft alone took the stock. Shorts won't be able to hold VHC back next week when the good news starts to flow.
VirnetX is on the right side in every instance. To expect justice to NOT be served is as UNAmerican as it gets folks. I believe VirnetX has ALREADY signed 4G LTE Advanced partnerships and has granted use of its technology to key strategic partners in advance of the good judge's RR ruling. Android can perfect the incorporation of VirnetX's code while we all wait. VirnetX stated in their 10Q that they have sufficient cash to last SEVERAL years. If there were the risk of dilution, VirnetX would HAVE to have disclosed it in their "Risks" header. Several years from now 4G LTE Advanced will not only be live, it will have blanketed the entire planet. Read between the lines and you can appreciate what VirnetX is saying in their disclosures.
EDTX never shut down so stop with your garbage about govt shutdown. Reality is judge can rule at anytime. Any of the judges in question.
The PTAB judges and the good judge Davis will likely rule before the holidays are upon us. No judge wants rulings on their desk weighing down holidays with family. Could be an explosive year end for VirnetX.
The PTAB now has Apple's IPR on their plate. Shorts are playing russian roulette with the chamber half full, at best. Do they really believe the PTAB will rule against their own precedent? Apple's IPRs get shut down, they are done folks. Maybe then the share price will catch up. I find it compelling that VHC is trading where Microsoft alone took us.
Based in Ottawa, he’s doing it again for the 2014 Sochi Olympic and Paralympic Games where Avaya was again chosen to provide the telecom network.
The Olympic games start Feb. 7, the Paralympics a month later.
Avaya is installing some 2,000 switches, 2,500 wireless access points, 6,500 VoIP telephones to create the infrastructure across four data centres, 11 competition sites and 20 related sites (such as the airport, the press centre and the athletes’ village)...
Who owns the last precious remaining blocks of IPV4? Limited dwindling supply combined with exponential demand means what? Means IPV4 valuations will adjust higher to replacement costs for IPV6 which quite frankly are astronomical. Path of least resistance for operators is to #$%$ up whatever remaining IPV4 domains they can at whatever the price.
These two decisions make clear that the PTAB views the language “service of any complaint” as the service of the first complaint with respect to a patent, as opposed to the service of the last complaint with respect to the same patent.
