Nice.......acy doesn't even bother to respond. Way to show no respect to a 10% owner

ACY will definitely not sell at $12.50sh. Why?

Although they just wrote off about $20 million on Fokker 100's, their other acquisitions have usually fared better. Most of their other old planes have sold for a higher value than stated book. Yes, the expenditure of approximately $50 million on 7 Fokker 100's only 7 years ago, in retrospect, was a disaster. Just think, the merger offer is, at about $19 million.....just about the same amount ACY just wrote off.

However, they should be able to sell lease contracts and idle planes for approximately $18-20 share if they desired to liquidate. Also, why should they rush to sell when they are charging extremely high fees to manage the business. Take 2014....they are on track to charge $6 million in management and acquisition fees. That amount is approximately 50% of the value of ACY prior to the offer.

No ...expect ACY to walk away from that offer.

The question is how badly does this other guy want it.

    The juice is due

I find it amazing that the clown can see butter fat down below $2 as a negative. Dean went from $20/sh down to under $13 precisely because both skim and butterfat prices went through the roof. Cost of raw milk is now down to 18 month lows. Profits and a significant increase in share price are sure to follow. The only thing that can prevent that is a suddent increase in milk cost.

I have a stock followed by Taglich......they give you a lot of facts and then their predictions always turn out to be off the mark. I'm not sure about the future prospects of NTWK though. They talk a big game and have hired a lot of new employees which sounds promising.....however, I wish this company had a consistent track record of making money.

    My two cents:

I purchase milk for accounts throughout the US from multiple vendors. Raw milk went up approximately 13% from mid 2013 through April 2014. Since that point, raw milk is down approximately 8%. Skim is almost flat compared to mid 2013 while butter fat remains stubbornly high. Couple that with CME futures leads one to believe more decreases are in store.

Takeaway: Dean Foods is likely to recover quite nicely over the next 12 months. Considering they took measures over the last two years to jettison unproductive facilities and using cash flow to reduce debt bodes very well for the future.
The street outlook seems to be very negative and short position is high at 15%. I think the opportunity is excellent for a comeback and have purchased shares this week in the high 12 dollar range. Even if Dean earnings are poor, I believe they will offer a much more optimistic tone for the future and the stock will perform better as a result.
