IF , and that's not a given , the distribution is cut , what seems plausible ? They are still holding the same 300 positions in their portfolio ; but , if they cut from current rate of $ .122 monthly to, say , $ .10 monthly....and if we use an assumed yield of 10 % , then the implied stock price would be $ 12.00. Not $ 9.08. These are all assumptions, but, it's worth thinking about. PHK is oversold.
