Did you read up on the FDA "reversal" on the warnings for Avandia? A new analysis by an advisory panel says Dr Nissen's earlier Cleveland Clinic study that showed Avandia was linked to a 64% increased risk of death from heart disease had design flaws. The panel found no evidence that Avandia made patients more vulnerable to heart issues. Nissen is the #$%$ who was so vocal in his view that Vascepa should not be approved until R-I is completed. That must have been one helluva flaw!
There is no CONGRESSIONAL Medal of Honor...it's the Medal of Honor, idiot. You would know that if you had ever served your country. Crawl back under your rock, POS.
I was wondering the same thing, JT...could JZ buying, the SA article and SR's tweet about fresh faces for the FDA at the type A meeting all add up to this?
Hey larson, I have had IPCI from around 2.20 for almost a year now, just a small position (1700 shares) so I am debating taking profit or letting it run over a year for the tax reduction. You made a very nice profit.
hey new guy, take it from someone who has owned AMRN for over 2 years, swalchie doesn't pump or bash. All he does is call them like he sees them. I would suggest looking at posting histories.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
There is a large percentage of East Asians (especially Japanese) that are considered "poor metabolizers" due to their P450 levels/efficacy. The P450 family metabolizes many drugs/compounds including most of the statins.
Poor comparison. The closest OTC to Vascepa is plusepa, and you cant compare by the "pill". Plusepa sells for $1.10/gram of 90% epa (.55 for a 500 mg soft gel...33 dollars and change for 60 500mg soft gels).
LOL! Well, you rope off the area, call it a Halloween attraction, and charge admission. Right now my ticker says admission is about a buck 95.
That's good to hear. Next doc visit I will take print outs of the latest meta-analysis and studies that we talk about. My lipid profile is not bad enough to warrant a Rx, but I think I can play up the undiagnosed hypertension I had for so long, as well as the family history of CHD, maybe convince the doc that low dose aspirin and vascepa (currently on lisinipril) would help mitigate any CHD/stroke risk.
I am in military Tricare, so never a co-pay.
It was a pretty long interview, should be available later online at Bloomberg.
He said they were "on the ground" for almost 2 months looking for customers/etc.
MW engineers cant make the apps work correctly.
NQ cant answer why no money at level one.
NQ implied Block is a racist (according to Block).
Hey brook, one thing to consider is your tax strategy(are you in over a year?). Remember the wash rule if things go badly and you want to eventually sell as a loss to offset other gains upon exit.
If things go well you miss some of the run up.
Personally, I am in for the long haul, it will either work out for me or it'll be one helluva a tax-loss harvest!!
