Every day that this is halted is one less day that more investors would get sucked into this DILUTION SCAM. I hoped it would end better for the current longs, but they were warned continually. It may still magically work out, but they knew they were playing with fire so if they lose it all, it is not like they were not aware and warned continually. All in all, a very sad story for all except those who bought yesterday morning, and sold yesterday afternoon.
Management is at fault for the loss of share price.
Not Oscar the Grouch...
Because of the chronic dilution, NEWL loses 90% of its value on average every *6 weeks* in this year... sucking in new hopeful longs each time who "thought this was the bottom" only to find them selves losing another 90%...looking at the chart for this year, NEWL started the year around $813 (split adjusted), we will use 800 to make the math easier:
1.) Drop from 800 to 80 - First loss of 90% this year
2.) Drop from 80 to 8 -Second loss of 90% this year
3.) Drop from 8 to .8 -Third loss of 90%
4.) Drop from .8 down to .08 -Fourth loss of 90%
Next stop .008 (or they may do a RS but still the 90% drop will happen split adjusted)
They DILUTED your stock by 45% to pay these people, because they have no cash. Your shares will drop about another 40% because of this DILUTION. And yet you found a way to spin this as positive.
I actually do not feel sorry for you, because clearly you live in a wonderful, rose colored glasses type world. I am sure it does not matter that NEWL has put you in the poor house, you are happier than most rich people. It's like that Lego Movie, and the song "Everything Is Awesome!" :-)
This dream of hitting 30 bucks is the same dream that NEWL holders rode down continually all year. Just now that it is halted they think it can happen all at once when it opens. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.
Sad, very sad. This stock had horrible, horrible, awful, unbelievably bad financials, but the only thing people who think it can go back up will reference is non-existent shorts and the price history "Hey look it USED to be $8000 so it is not a lot to ask for it to go to $10 again"... not realizing it went there due to toxic dilution from toxic financing... NOT FROM SHORTING...
Delisted right off the bat on opening day.
Of course, NEWL will be different than all the other T12 halts, because of the amazingly trustworthy Greek management that would never dillute shareholder value or steal from investors... oh, wait...
Yup, been posting like that every day and there has NEVER been a green day in the whole time he has pumped. Dwalk = Michael Zolatas CEO?
Shorts are not the ones who needed protection in this stock... it went down on average 90% every 6 months. Just look at the chart. I am sure shorts are unhappy here too, they cant cover while it is halted. Do you see what I mean?
I do not read it as good. They are basically crying about their deal with IR again, the same stuff that got them in trouble with Nasdaq last time.
Then please answer the following questions:
1.) Why has NEWL diluted the stock and lost 99.97% of the stock price in just 4 months? $800 down to 29 measly, worhtless cents (split adjusted). If you invested $10000 4 months ago, you have $3.625 left.
2.) Why did the Nasdaq say they are publishing "misleading" PRs.
Management are the crooks. Registered their company in Bermuda too so you cant sue them. Best you can do is to avoid buying their scam stock which goes down about 90% every two or 3 weeks due to chronic DILUTION.
You need a better than 10x move to break even, that is going to be tough to get. Especially if management keeps diluting. I wish you well.
Well, good luck to you, you know how I feel so I won't repeat that. ML joining the group caused me to take a bit of a step back, especially since it seems my evangelism really did not count for much. I hope you make your money back somehow dwalk.
I suppose news of ships arrivals could bounce this, it just seems to always be a competition between how long does it take between news events and the dilution in the meantime. Last monday was the best bounce, and that was on a news day, so I think I will stay disciplined and wait to trade it the same way, wait until news is pushing it up. Also, it would have to be meaningful news like a ship coming in, etc. Friday's "news" was more like complaining, and the stock lost 31% that day.
I hope this turns out well for you bernie. It still could. For now though I am glad Nasdaq is doing its job.
I dont remember you that much, but some other longs like dwalk, phong, and others... I tried to warn them
At these low levels I would not be surprised to see a SA article... but somehow I doubt you will be right.
They are not a traditional biotech, but yeah, considering where the overall market went, and that their share price dropped 99% while the market went insane, cant argue the point that management has sucked pretty bad so far...
I have said he is a pumper too, but lets get facts straight. As best I can tell he has only been here a few weeks. Epoch_Jay has been the worst pumper in terms of really skewing the facts.
