    CMS web site

upon further looking another link saying:

Decision Memo for Screening DNA Stool Test for Colorectal Cancer

which appears to be the original application for CMS coverage, one of it's line items says:

    Expected NCA Completion Date: 04/29/2008

then further down a line item states:

Decision Memo Released: 04/28/2008 ......... and the actual date is a link to the memo

which says something to the effect it's denied because it's not FDA approved, and they would be eligible for reconsideration once FDA approval is obtained.

My point being the results of the NCA was released the day before the expected completion date.
I don't understand how his stuff works so, what does anyone think 11/08/2014 the day before expected completion seem reasonable?

this may have been posted b4

when searching the CMS web site 'exact sciences'
the link that comes up 'NATIONAL COVERAGE ANALYSIS(NCA) tracking clicking that their is a line item that reads:

    Expected NCA Completion Date: 11/09/2014

maybe that'll be the release date? or is that something else?

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

Hung on to my short, removed my stop, this thing is about to tank you can just feel it.

the news releases are all too RAH-RAH for this thing to be headed up, they are keeping it afloat while they short it and unload their old longs.

who is they? its THEM of course, I am a believer its all a conspiracy. lol

the only thing that has me just wondering just a little, their is a minor/slight and I mean very minor positive divergence on the daily RSI, less than a point so prolly means squat.

my charting software shows the 50dma@212.xx that's why I said a little early as it has been trading against the 50 day as you say for a few weeks and I'm betting on it breaking downward. to me when the 50dma is support/resistance stocks tend to bounce off pretty good, this time after it just popped over and now coming down to it it is hugging the line persay with no bounce so I think its gonna go through. and poss. hit the 200dma. it is a gamble and I have a tight stop, but the media seems to love to hate this stock that's why I'm playing it short.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • 50 points in about a month, and now no upward movement after a couple of releases showing they should beat, looks like its baked in so a sell the news event likely.

maybe a good short for a quick couple of points lol.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • recent support about to break. may have taken my shot a little early, NOT.

shorted 300@218.50 stop @222 looking for the daily slide to take us down to the mid june lows of 200, then re-evaluate.....that round number stuff ya know once we break that 200 dma is a given.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell
