yeah, kind of like Citibank that did a RS to get compliant a couple years ago. After the RS, the stock fell hard back to 5 from the 10 RS. Just imagine all the people that dumped and missed the ride over 40.

I once invested in SIR/XM. We tried to form a legitimate shareholders group and get represented at the board meetings. It is incredibly difficult.

Haven't seen the pps this low since 2009... I'm not finding any news beyond the ore shipping problem, gold falling, and hedge funds getting out of gold.

European approval, and the pps jumps at least to that level. The wireless patents and technology in general are very important. Can you imaging being able to monitor your glucose without a puncture wound? The best technology out there right now still is still invasive. With baby boomers and Type II diabetes about ready to go through the roof, I'm pretty excited about this company.

I don't have a guess, but,

I would love to see Bernanke's whole group replaced. No he didn't cause the mortgage fiasco, but don't forget who was responsible for the incredible continuing monthly interest rate increases leading up to the 2008 crash. The injection of trillions of dollars of paper money into the economy by his group is eventually going to cause a never before seen inflation rate. Is there such a thing as a "saver" now-a-days? You're not saving, you're losing at the current RAI.
