  • Thanks for digging that divi info up Marty. Huge divi is correct - 2.5B. Question is does cpmk have anything left now besides bluestream. If not, what's benefit of merging with them (personally could care less about bluestream and would rather do w/out them if they dumped all of their other assets)? Like fish says there are some parallels (and as Marty says a lot of coincidences also) but we won't know until it happens.

Fish your theory makes sense. What were the large cpmk dividends you referred to. Divi history doesn't come up on nasdaq site.

    Baker Bros Holdings

The Baker Bros. is also a new filing. It is interesting that they have jumped on board. They are considered one of the most preemminent biotech funds on the street. Heavy biotech investment fund and contrary to another yawnster distortion below not a long short fund. They invest on the long side and any short trades are incidental to their long strategy.
I love also yawnster learned a new word "pathological". Of all people to use that word? Phil is merely posting a factual post regarding a new major PTN holder and the laughable yawnster alleges it is a pathological effort to spin or distort. Hello. One need only cruise yawnster's endless day & night posts to find the true meaning of pathological (throw in premeditated, schill, and distortionist) . LOL.

    Hard times for PTN bashers

Gotta love those bashers now pounding 3994. One alias posts 4 sequential posts then another alias asks hey ray what does it all mean then both ray and yawnie explain the science to us in third grade terms. 3994 should be considered embyonic and little value says ray and the yawnster. LOL.

Dr. Spana is an authentic person with a real name and a PHD and has stated publicly that there has been a paradigm shift in the industry and that 3994 is a exciting, viable, and valued compound given the new clinical landscape and big pharmas grand promotions of similar compounds.
    .
So gee, let me think, should I believe a real person with years of ceo experience and a PHD with a name about the bright prospects for 3994 or a bunch of anonymous aliases with no credentials who are pretend know it alls and working night and day on anonymous mb's trying to convince us that 3994 has little value?.

  • Gotta love how these shorties reply to each other back and forth. Raymon answers and backs up yawnee and yawnee covers raymon and kingcry. The basher aliases work in packs, search the boiler room playbook chapter on how to gang up on sincere investors though insults and distortion. Oh and we are not supposed to notice this. How does raymon know what yawnee really meant to say? It's all coming from the same greasy boiler room and probably same oily keyboard. My guess is the raymon, yawnee, kingy aliases are one tragic boiler room dude in unwashed sweats. How else do they always know what the other "really meant to say"? Between the penny a post rate scale and the assistance payments we here at the ol YHO MB are really getting treated to some high end (albeit anonymous, untruthful, and biased) very contrived attack postings.

How true noah! The biggest clown is yawnie. Sounds so official and expert yet the rhetoric rings totally hollow and transparent. If you bother to read any of these bash posts they make you laugh truly. My fav recent yawny post was trying to tell us that PTN stock price should not be where it is because Brem had no patients. Guess the yawnster forgot that Brem just successfully finished a Phase 2B clinical trial with hundreds and hundreds of patients. Of course my all time fav yawnster "big one" was when he#$%$ claimed that PTN would never sign a partnership for Brem and 48 hours later PTN signed a partnership for Brem (ouch). Nevertheless, these shameless characters go right on as if nothing happened. Credibility, who needs credibility? Bashers are in the business or meritless claims and creating doubt.

Logic and reality are not necessarily components of the bashers trade. I've watched bashers on other MB's continue bashing stocks while they triple and quadruple in price. Hey, I guess these folks must find something to do with their time while waiting for their gov. assistance checks to come in.Where else are they going to go with such a dubious vocation? GLTAL!

  • It must suck to be yawnie, rayon, king, et al. Bashing a microcap company day after day year after year for a penny a post. One would think that after a few years they would move on to greener pastures. Sadly, where can one go after years of bashing? The paradox or problem is just the business is well a dishonest profession, right? Day after day how to go out there and bash the company,, bash the products, bash the management when all of your words are contrived and false. How to sound like an authentic investor and objective yet still bash the company effectively even though you have no investment at stake other than the penny a post rates you make bashing.
Some PTN bashers sprinkle a few good posts in here in there but other bashers never post anything positive. Ironically, the yawnster, PTN's supreme "basher expert", is the most transparent and least credible all while holding the top basher position among the cabal of PTN's bashers. If PTN's prospects are ascending the yawnster insists the company is descending. If it is daylight and the company has a new dawn the yawnster insists it is dark.
My favorite yawnster post recently seems to claim that PTN's Brem has no patients or that PTN's stock is a house of cards. Since stock valuations are subjective anyway what can you say to this theory or that theory? Well you can look at some of the rhetoric and the yawnster has had some real beauts.Like Brem has no patients? Hello, did Brem just go through a successful Phase 2B with ah hem hundreds and hundreds of patients? Please, we understand your enthusiasm for bashing these companies but do not let your zealousness get the better of you.
Again, it must be dark times for PTN bashers. PTN is moving forward into Phase 3 for Brem after a successful Phase 2B. Tens of millions of dollars are pouring in to PTN's warchest from Pharma's and other qualified investors. The stock seems to be rising from the 60 to 70 cent range to the the one dollar range. 3994 is ascending.
