Typical boiler room reply. Bash bash bash. I know that's what they pay you for. Perhaps you would rather PTN pay management according to the Boiler Room pay scale. Remember, generally in this world you get what you pay for.
In the entirety of your's and your friends post-ograpphy never has there been an aknowledgement of this company's accomplishments, which are becoming more and more impressive, on any pay scale or by any pay dimension. But again, we understand your masters won't stand for silly things like objectivity or heaven forbid the truth. This mb is onto you but it was not me that broke the story it was just your own words. Busted.

BTW, anytime you like you and your cabal can recite for us mere mortals a few tidbits from your vast and critical knowledge base. Like what is the standard time period for a drug approval and what size partnership deal is average given your typical micro bio company? How many drugs and how many indications fall by the way before reaching phase 3? Or not, perhaps you just prefer to bash randomly with nothing but hot air and wasted electricity.

  • Yawnie posting about every little minute i dotting and t crossing. Raydufus laboring night and day for any possible shred of criticism. King posting over and over all while denying he is a basher. Now they even have poor liz mixed up thinking PTN may not have time. Brem patent is fine (5 or 6 years of patent protection is fine particularly if there is no other approved drug).

If these knuckledraggers were any more obvious my six month old baby could spot em. This stock has doubled and actually tripled briefly in less than 2 years. Management is fine and moving the pipeline forward. EU partnership is complete. The US Phase 3 is on or close. You gotta ask why are these aliases laboring so hard to bash this positive mvoving & shaking co. over and over again. Answer: they are paid tools and unauthentic investors working paid by hedgies.Plain and simple.

Real investors have concerns and acknowledge risks - however what true investor bashes his/her investment 24/7 over and over and never acknowledges positive developments. PTN has more than it's share of good news and positive developments right now. Follow the real money here and not the penny a post raunchy contrivances from these anonymous tools.

Ray the Tool telling us pps hits fitty cents the yawnster telling us no US partnership. You gotta wish you had such clairvoyant visions eh?

These guys have 200 IQ's and date supermodels and the rest of us are just living in their worlds. My only question is why are they working as bashers in a boiler room?

Believe the $50 million US telling us that PTN is doing great work and greatly distrust anonymous posters in dirty sweatpants from somewhere near hoboken telling us the opposite.

Yanni & King claiming no US partner, LOL. Who could forget the yawnsters fraudulent claims of no EU partner and 4 days later they announced EU partnership. Hilarious keystone cops with lower accuracy than a broken clock.

Seriously, follow the money. Do not and I repeat do not follow boiler room hacks like ray, yawn, king, etc. If you see any firm doing secondaries higher than their total market cap then pay attention (it is rare and quite special). If PTN is raising 50 plus mil. that is serious money and a very bullish event for the company. Most other bios will be GREEN with envy.

You know that secondary investors are qualified and sophisticated. And they would not invest that large on a small company unless there was a specific purpose and plan which in my view is the US phase 3. Big money tells us that US Phase 3 is on.

Tell me another one. Let me guess - and pigs can fly, right?

And btw, given your pumps and misfires how much should we believe your defending of rayon. Give us a break. You gotta be playing the good cop bad cop routine. That's right you know what we're talking about with that laughable langley service and how mean these bashers are. Who cares from mean? It's the deceipt and distortion that apparently you are too goofy to get? You're only bothered at how mean and nasty they are, nevermind how much these crooks try to scare unsuspecting investors from their shares with distortion. No small fraud considering this stock is trading at a very low valuation with significant upside and a modest downside.

Well ok fine plange its no biggie and humorously if there is anything that I agree with the yawnster and rayman about, and there is very little to believe there (but hey even a broken clock is right twice a day), it is that I find their evaluations of your posts to be right on, lol. Sorry dude.

Great Bash. First yawner and rayon told us no partnerhip for PTN. Then PTN gets a partnership with $50 mil US and they tell us it is a little insignificant partnership.

For a couple of smart fellas they sure post some dumb stuff.

True. And for yanni & rayon it sure beats scribbling junk on public restroom walls.

    Ves,
Another something to know is that Rayon & Kingcraycray below are actually 2 paid bashers talking amongst themselves. Paid to obfuscate, create confusion and doubt. Do your own due diligence. Never rely on Rayman, Kingcraycray, or the Yanni.

LOL! Only a fellow boiler room slug like ray would concur w/ the yawnster's foot in mouth self contradictions. Love the ray man's predictable efforts trying to back his fellow alias up. No shame what so ever. Mr. X lies and Mr. Y backs em up.

So easy to see and so transparent. First they tell us that PTN has no partnership interest. Then PTN gets a great partnership (the total value of the new partnership is worth as much or more than the entire market cap of PTN and how often in history do you see that) and Team Dufus basically denies their previous posts. But then Team Dufus figures they must try to "clarify their meanings" for the huddled mass. And so now we are told that they were really really right (as always, lol) before and we just don't get them. We are told that Team Dufus is so misunderstand and of course we are being asked to somehow still believe Team Dufus that this partnership is not worthy of their support, lol.

Now that's The Rayman and The Yani schtick in a nutshell. So predictable, juvenile, transparent, and untruthful that someone right here on this very board predicted that they would go from nah PTN will not sign a partnership to oh well that partnership is no big deal. Funny thing is that they are actually expecting someone to buy this sludge. Ah, yeah, ok, sure dudes. BTW, here is the prediction made from someone days ago on what to expect from Team Dufus next:

"We can find some consolation as we will get to observe our Board Experts and Lavy Prophets evolve their personnas from no partnership/no way to oh darn partnership/yes way (or how can we convince em that this partnership sucks) Not an easy proposition but a sometimes entertaining one, albeit annoying mostly."

    Gotta love these guys eh.

And then of course there is rayon and hyper. Both children of a lesser god (at least if compared to the yawnster) to be sure. However, are fully capable of solid entertainment in their own right.

Here is an excerpt from our own "Rayon Man" not even 2 days before (Sept. 2) PTN's multi million partnership announcement:

"...in my opinion, the CEO should be let go and the Board of Directors should be replaced for allowing the company's inaction.
If Brem is not a viable Phase 3 candidate, investors should have been informed of this many months ago. "

Oh the brilliance and lucidity is overwhelming Ray Daddy. Can not wait for more of your ethereal gems. May I take the liberty of comparing the content of your posts with the content of your fabric namesake - ok here goes looks nice and feels nice but does not hold up (please check the history of rayon fabric) How apt was that alias creation?

Shamelessly these posters ignore their posting histories but for the townies and PTN locals left holding their bags at least we can find some consolation as we will get to observe our Board Experts and Lavy Prophets evolve their personnas from no partnership/no way to oh darn partnership/yes way (or how can we convince em that this partnership sucks) Not an easy proposition but a sometimes entertaining one, albeit annoying mostly.

  • Not even one week old. Aug. 31st in fact right here on the PTN board:

"Regarding partnerships there is obviously no major or likely minor interest."

Yes, our very own all-knowing, all-seeing, smug message board genius. You know, the voice that castigates endlessly any and all lesser posters for their inferior thoughts and views. He is the final word on all things PTN. And then boom, not even a couple of days later (the cyber ink is still not dry on the great yawnster's post), and PTN announces a terrific 50 mil. partnership.

I have always believed that our "Yarnac the Great" is a tool operating out of the bowels of a boiler room somewhere in the greater jersey city area. Paid to try to push an agenda, Paid to try to create doubt, and just all around generally untruthful and wrong. But please don't take my word for it, just go back and read a few posts by "Yarnac the Great" . You do not even need to go back more than a week, LOL. Folks remember that the firms employing folks like this are basically taking characters who write junk on public restroom walls and hiring them at a penny a post and then turning them loose on our public message boards. Who knew? But alas - look at the brightside we have our very own "Lavy Prophet"

  • toowan12 toowan12 Sep 3, 2014 1:57 PM Flag

Interesting to see bashers spinning PTN Partnership below in this thread. Tools of the boiler room doing their best to act like real investors in spite of pounding PTN message boards over and over day in day out. Who does this, really? These tools, yawnie, hypey, raymany, all trying to sound so sincere and caring.

Ask yourself a few questions - when has an anonymous person ever cared about your money and investments? If you are like me the answer is - never. Second question - when has anyone you know ever remained invested in an investment butspends years bashing the company and it's products? Answer - Never. Third question - when has anyone you know left an investment but sticks around for years to just idly bash the company? Answer - Never. So, why are these tools here and who do they work for?

Anyway do your own due diligence, always. Beware of anonymous posters here that pretend to be real investors but have other agendas. For me, this PTN partnership is a major milestone with millions of dollars attached. It is one more deliverable that PTN has checked off their list. Phase III is in the que. I would expect analyst upgrades and more analyst coverage. Further, the likelihood of a US partner has now jumped by a magnitude. And finally, there continues to be risk however the PTN/Brem pathway has been significantly derisked with today's partnership announcement.

Hypey, Ray, and Yawnie must feel like "The Three Muskedummies". Paid boiler room tools for sure. Don't worry though they will be back with their creepy posts. Where else can you go in unwashed sweatpants to find a job if you live in hoboken.

One question for these 3 bashers: "How can you pose as a serious authentic investor but still spin today's PTN news in a negative light" Answer: they will. Their basher masters will beat them senseless if they don't. In the bashy biz the bashee rolls down hill.
