  • They do not even care to imitate legit investors anymore. Bashing CEO but still maintaining long positions. Bashing anyone on this board with legit investment discussions. Like Don Rickles says - Big Dummies.

Anyway, I could care less about ASCO, lying bashers, or anything else except the trial data. Remember, like Marty Zwieg (or someone like him) used to say, The trend is your friend.

Here are the very real facts not to lose sight of with Cyclacel: Very small number of shares, very big market opportunity and growing with each new indication, Phase 2's & 3's popping up everywhere, 30+ million in cash, Way undervalued, Sweating like a coiled spring, Nervous boiler rooms have to bash 24/7 including holidays plus they have totally shed their investor costumes (their sheep's clothing), and the drug is kicking a&#! in the arena that matters most - THE TRIALS. I might also add, And a Management Team & Board that is experienced, hard nosed, and knows exactly what gems they have. And last but not least, CYCC is rising in world recognition via the world's most elite institutions and authorities and BTW, this is because of their drug's trial data.

Anyway, I could care less about ASCO outcome (but you never know what shoe might drop), contriving bashers, today's stock price, or anything else except The Trial Data. Remember, like Marty Zwieg (or someone like him) used to say, The trend is your friend and he wasn't talking about clinical trial data. But in CYCC's case the trend and the trial data are my friends.

Boiler room is in high frenzy. Look for negative spin and distortion over ASCO conference and beyond. Their master wants a low share price to accumulate more cheap shares or to just short a small public company for profit either way the MO is the same.

Their attempts to discredit true investors on this board and management are plainly obvious. What real investor would bash anyone for posting facts or fostering dialogue about an investment? What real investor would mount anonymous personal attacks without merit? And, why would anyone hold a stock they thought so little about? Easy answer: the boiler room does not own any stock they are simply a hired tool paid to pose as disgruntled investors that post their concerns robo-style and help drive the share price in one direction. First their concerns are small and subtle but then they grow and become critical. They tell us that management is rotten and taking the company down. But, if it is so bad why do they stay? Why do they not sell (their imaginary shares) and move on? What rational investor would continue to hold shares in a company they have so little faith in that they cannot even offer a single thought about what the company is doing well? Easy answer: no real investor would hold shares in a company if they believed all of the bilge that these tools are posting. And if you did sell you would not keep posting 20 times a day everyday.

Given the heightened frenzy and delusional content we are seeing it seems as if there is something up. We might see short selling following asco and a sillier effort to spin the conference in a negative light. Conversely, we could see a big run-up in the stock following asco and all of this frenzy was an effort to increase the margin for the boiler room manipulators by decreasing the price before the conference. It matters not for true longs since we are not selling either way. It's about the data!

It is intriguing that CYT has been switched with DAC for the MDS combination study. Could be a blow for Otsuka (new owners of DAC). Anyone know if CYT is the preferred HMA for MDS or why they switched away for DAC? May also be an effort to show that SAP is effective with both HMA's which would again enlarge the market potential.

Thanks naj. Seems a no-brainer, go back to single use vials.

  • Adam Fstein beware you have another up and coming tool. Seen this one before where the boiler boys use SA or motley idiots to parrot their shorty diatribe. The funny thing is that the biotech industry has a very high regard for CYCC mgmt and it's just the message board boils that bash the company's mgmt. What a laugh. Here's the funny part, the lard they have been slinging just makes true investors like CYCC mgmt more.

Got too admit though, since the writer on this hit piece spent nearly 40-50% of his article space on the technical glitches of a conference and other valueless who-cares he must be taken seriously (as a clown). We should all sell our stock now based on his sophisticated analysis regarding the conference delays and posture of the presenters. Unless I'm mistaken we may have just witnessed a whole new school of stock analysis. We'll have to give it a name the Jersey School (that's Hoboken not Princeton NJ).

Anyway, they're probably done now (maybe a bit more short selling here and there) but I can't see much more. Also, it explains all of the frenzy that began prior to asco. They were just so awfully obvious with the 24/7 bashing using meritless claims. It's all scripted including this SA act. And, based on the shallow content of the SA piece it was probably their coup d'etat, their grandest deceit, their best shot

At the end of the day who you gonna believe Dr. K, JMP, Team Cylacel, and let's not forget the actual Seamless data or a bunch of greasy jersey keyboards with nuttin but foul vapor.

  • So many examples besides the meritless bashing of cycc.

Check IDIX with 20 mil. shares short and gets bought by Merck this week. Stock runs 8 to 25.
    IDIX mb infested with basherroaches.

The basher MO is always the same create false narratives like untruthful smear campaigns against management, pose as authentic investors (in spite of huge whiney and disgruntled perspectives), bash the products.

Bash the company. Bash the products. Bash any truthful representations of the company's true value and the company's products true value.

The key is to due your own due diligence.

The key to interpreting or decoding the MB aliases is to simply analyze which posters claims are not backed with evidence, and present baseless claims, are repetitive, the ultra high frequency posters, and posters of just plain nonsense that promises to be expert information . You may discover as with IDIX that the paid bashers are non-stop bashing a $7 stock only to find out that it was all a sham and the company was really worth $25 a share.

I love the aliases that bash the tar out of a company but then sprinkle in a positive post here and there to try and give that air of credibility. That's called the 90/10 basher. They post 9 bash posts for each positive post. Then there is the soft basher that shows up as a curious investor but then one day begins bashing the company and loathing the management and the product but doesn't leave. They just stay invested but bash the company's mb nonstop. And of course the best deal is when they flip back to nice happy investors for a period again until they just start bashing the co. all over. But in reality, their conduct can never answer the question: why would they remain invested if they dislike the company so much or what normal investor would spend so much time and energy bashing a company they loathe when any normal investor would just go away?

  • Nearly 20 million shares short put on IDIX. Bashers pounding mb's against IDIX mgmt & IDIX products. Only to find one day that IDIX was undervalued by 3-400%. Merck acquiring IDIX paying nearly 4 times share price. Hello.
Same story on CYCC! Know what you own, do your own due diligence, and never believe boiler room bash monkeys.

Hey thanks Jack. Great info. Kacchhhiiiing!!

  • Lesson 1: Remember, BASHERS Rarely Bash A BAD STOCK. Check the boards for stocks with no potential. They never have any Bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are moving up or have excellent potential to do so. Bashers work to bring the price down to either increase their position at the expense of others or help a Short make their bones.

Lesson 2: BASHERS ALWAYS BRING UP OLD NEWS THAT YOU HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES. New startup companies always have a few bits of bad news. The Basher will post this over and over again. Unsophisticated Bashers will try to freshen up old news with a new date or by-line in an attempt to fool you.

Lesson 3: BASHERS POST MANY TIMES A DAY. They try to wear you out. They comment on everything, every other post, and can answer every question. THEY KNOW IT ALL! There is no positive comment they won't Bash. They try to control the board. True longs may have to confront the Bashers or they will appear to the newbies as being the people with all the information. This is best accomplished by posting positive, well researched data on the company, repetitively, while trying hard not to engage the Bashers in direct repartee. REMEMBER - LONGS... RESIST USING THE BASHERS ALIAS!

Lesson 4: BASHERS WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. Never trust a Basher. The truth on startup companies is that they make mistakes. What new company hasn't? The Basher will compare your issue to a another companies, financials - deals - management, etc., trying to lure you into making an Apples to Oranges comparison. Remember each company is unique and while it is prudent to seek out established indicators, do so with care and don't take someone else's word for it. Strive to come up with at least a "six-pack" of indicators so your vision of the state of a company is not tied to a single barometer. Not doing so is tantamount to going to a Race Track and betting on the "Pretty Brown Horsey". BASHERS WANT TO WHISPER IN YOUR EAR - PLANT A SEED OF DOUBT, AND HOPE THAT YOU ARE NOT SAVVY EN

The Basher Handbook From The Boiler Room

    by toowan12 Jun 27, 2014 10:05 AM
    toowan12 toowan12 Jun 27, 2014 4:49 PM Flag

Lesson 5: Bashers know YOU CAN'T VERIFY THEIR STATEMENTS. That's why they make the vague statements they do. They rely on you being to lazy to research their droppings other than to scan the board for others opinions. This is particularly dangerous when you consider that Bashers work in packs and often validate and back up each others nonsense with what appears to be "innocuous and unsolicited" verification by comrade Bashers. Let's face it, we are all conditioned to "believe" everything we see in writing. If others by virtue of their "posts" also confirm this belief, then we are subconsciously doomed to swallow the hook, line and sinker... Basher - 1 Honest Investor - 0

Lesson 6: The Bashers PLAY ON YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. They can lie about information and you won't know the difference (unless you have done your own DD on the company and know the truth and facts).

Lesson 7: Bashers play on your lack of patience. You have held a stock for a while. You knew it will be a big stock someday, but the BASHER CAN GET TO YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE TIRED OF WAITING FOR YOUR GAIN. That's when the Basher is best. You are tired. You have forgotten the goal for the stock was to hold it for one year. The Basher is bothersome, so you dump it on a bad day. Some others also dump. Then you get mad for your loss and return to let everyone know how mad you are. Then you turn into a semi-Basher as well. THE BASHER HAS WON, AND GAINED A NEW ALLY - YOU!

Lesson 8: BRING THE PRICE DOWN. That is the Basher's job. The truth is not important. Lies are the norm. Post continuously on the board every day. They are trying to scare the newbies that are just investigating a stock. They are trying to wear down the faithful longs on the board and gain free reign and control.

Do not underestimate a Bashers influence on a stock. The Pro's are good at what they do and what they do is profit from your losses. Below is their "hand-book". Learn from it or you will be donating your hard earn

The icedummy rants and rants but cannot see his self created futility. By virtue of the simplest metrics - how frequently is he posting & what is in the dudes posts. Everyone sees that he has tuned himself out? The typical ice post is concerned with attacking people posters management. This methodology when repeated 24/7 month after month is simply not believable. Nevermind that the content and attacks are baseless, the main issue is that the methodology is flawed.

In fact, given so much effort and desperation placed in defending an indefensible position any one with elementary logic skills could compare his futile efforts of trying to hold back CYCC and SAP to a dummy that refuses to run to higher ground with a Fukishima tsunami on the way.

The ice post is not concerned with the drug or the trials or the data. Why? Because the drug is progressing through the fda obstacle course and moving closer and closer to approval. So, the paradox for the ice alias is that in spite of posting 24/7 he cannot be taken seriously by anyone. He is trying too hard, posting too much, and his content is only about attacking folks.

Listen, fda approval is guaranteed to no drug. But if I am icedummy I would change my style and find one that works because the current style is a loser. And, if I'm icedummy I would run quickly to higher ground - the CYCC tsunami looks like it is coming.

    Question For You Life

    by michaelwebbseattle Jun 29, 2014 12:48 AM
    toowan12 toowan12 Jun 29, 2014 7:04 AM Flag

Sorry but your premise is all wrong. By what metric is CYCC struggling badly, as you state?

The drug is moving through clinical trials successfully. It is moving through multiple diseases with new diseases seemingly added regularly to the list of clinical trials. CYCC management is rock solid and well respected in the Biotech universe. Sorry to you (since you are probably a paid basher), but I do not consider the boiler room rants of a bunch of n'er-do-wells sitting around in dirty sweatpants somewhere in jersey city as credible source of mgmnt evaluation. (CEO bashing is a favorite MO for the basher playbook and you find it all over these mb's. I'm still waiting for the first fact or scintilla of evidence of mgmnt incompetence or corruption and I've been here longer than you my newbie friend).

You tipped your hand by stating your indefensible premise that CYCC is struggling when anyone with half a brain can see that CYCC is very well off. Their primary drug is doing excellently in clinical trials. As it moves closer to approval and if and when it gets approved the stock price will reflect the true value of CYCC and its oral cancer drug wonder. Until then we, the objective cycc investors, must suffer the likes of you and the other boiler room aliases, posting unfounded nonsense, untruthful information, innuendo, etc. etc.

Please be aware that it is becoming increasingly more difficult for serious authentic investors to take you mb bashers seriously with your lack of education and uninformed content; especially when cycc is gaining momentum, including recognition from industry icons and professional industry analysts (that do not post rubbish on mb's and who do not work in the shadows or in the world of innuendo). This type of professional recognition is known for presenting factual and reasoned information by virtue of actual education and industry credentials and is just a wee bit more credible, right? Thanks, Bye:)

  • Group hugs all around, back-patting, etc. It's a basher love fest. You must admit it is adorable.
It's like bigfatdirtylies then back patting and rinse and repeat over and over.

But here's the question why are they here (and, who pays them? sorry i know that's 2 questions)?
MW, icey, woody, valu, and they even dragged out old jaggy. Talk about the Old The Bad and The Ugly.

Anyway, I guess I just don't get how these guys can be so nice to us longs and how they just want us to be warned about all of the problems with the company. It's like golly gosh they really are so nice aren't they. They just want us to be safe and not lose our money. And darn it, so what if they need to tell us 50 times a day. And my aren't they passionate in the way they attack board contributors that post clinical trial updates and information. But that is something else that concerned nice people do though, right.

I guess my favorite thing the basher folks do though is how they go out of their way to give us so much science, biology, and clinical information. Oh, it's just so wonderful and delightful.

I guess I'm just feeling the love and want to be a part of the whole love fest too. I hope that they accept me and want me just as I want them. I am so drawn to their aura of honesty and credibility and general superior intellects. OK, just tell me what you want me to do, you win, you win, you win.....

  • Penny Stock Games Are Alive And Well Folks. At The Heart of The Wolves of Wallstreet is Manipulation and Greed. No Tactics Are Too Low: Misrepresentation, Fear, Smear Campaigns.

Hey Jaggy - What's up with TCEL? Or, Should We Be Asking What's Down With TCEL?

Should we really put any faith in your stock analysis when pumping and dumping over on some penny vetinarian hamscam?

And, oh yeah your boiler room buddies that you are putzing with iceydummy et al they usually do not post on other boards under same alias you should try that, because after reading your junk up on TCEL and then reading your junk up on CYCC it's like, I don't think so dude.

It's like Sapacitabine is a serious drug which you bash obsessively and this TCEL junk is an apparent .0014 scam which you pump obsessively. Come on dude.

  • Good luck with that business dudes. Perhaps, it helps explain why the boilerroom posts always leave a bad smell behind. The entire shamwow is rotten through to it's core.

Check tcel symbol. Or just search under pennyfrauding boileroomscamstering, OMG, LOL.

  • Always do your own due diligence rather than follow aliases on message boards. The pump and dump and the bash for cash ploys are alive and well and the wolves of wallstreet are here. They thrive on innuendo and meritless claims. They try to create doubt and shake investors confidence. They criticize industry icons and claim they are more astute than anyone including company management all while wallowing around in some tawdry boiler room in unwashed sweatpants. Serious Bio-Investors would be well advised to follow science and fact and ignore meritless claims lacking cold science and hard data.
