management and shareholder goals are aligned when management has significant "skin in the game" - previous comments (other post) seemed to suggest that management did not care about the stock price. I agree that the LARGE quantities of GRANTS seem excessive
With the options that TJ owns and the 8 Million shares he owns he stand to gain $10 Million for every share the stock price increases. (Or lose a $10Million for every dip) - Do you think he cares about the stock price?????
KSS is dead in the water in traditional retail and has not been able to drive online sales as much as the market has expanded. Unless things change prospects for Topline growth are dim.... if you are long you need to be happy with the dividend as long as they can pay it because the prospects for a rise in share price are not too good.
Decembers 9's were a very good buy! :)
It's a different company now - post acquisition. - I think there is support in the .125 to .13 range. - The company is a buy at those levels any time soon. If not then you will have missed the train leaving the station and will look back thinking $15-$.18 would have been a good entry point.
They can artificially inflate it half a penny a day for the next couple of weeks - that is perfectly fine with me. :)
Just as long as they can keep these wins coming.....we should be in good shape. - Hope the margins coming in are improving.
