Selling at these prices. His fault however, for letting this management team suck the life out of what was a good company at one time. He'll probably end up selling the last of his stake in single digits if he doesn't make some changes..
guys...This Camden guy is the most arrogant, do nothing, CEO I've seen in in my entire investment career. Time to call the BOD or send the Chairman a letter. Stock has gone nowhere in 20+ years. Poor guy is seeing his ownership value deteriorate on a daily basis. He'd have been much better selling the company and putting his money in the S&P 500..
Poor returns in a good employment environment. EPS lower than 20 years ago. They keep an A and B stock so they can protect their phoney baloney jobs. They "invested" last year so things would revive this year. Where's it at? We need some big money restructuring types to get these guys out of the corporate suite. An embarrassment to the motor city, and we all know it!
