I still have $4M order on the 6.625 but my bid is pretty far away. Not raising it because I'm trying to get NRP also - will take whichever fills
One further thing - please don't let tax consequences stop you from continuing down this path. I'd hate to see such a huge opportunity lost because management is fearful of the shareholder tax bill. Put simply, what shareholder wouldn't glady fork over a couple of bucks a share if the company's total debt could be halved?
I dunno - oil double bottomed. I'm not a chart guy but that could be significant. The market doesn't need to see supply falling - it just needs to see the CLRs and Whitings suspend fracking
I think they've made the decision to shutter wells that aren't turning a large profit in order to continue to drive down LOE while leaving inventory in the ground. It can't just be capex
I sold 180k+ shares at $2.70ish. Once the tax consequences became widely known, it fell a lot further
I bought $1M 6.625 at 10.125 and $5M 8 at 10.625
Don't think I'd sell for a short term profit but I'd have to think about it around 50
I did buy back 10k Lgcyo at $1.50 and have gtc on 10k more at $1.25. I didn't want $360k phantom income but $40k is acceptable
