Actually, I was referring to all their new partnerships and data about their market share and user growth, awards, contracts, buyout offers. Scams rarely report misses. So if it is not a scam then it is worth hmmm about $70/ share based on peer evaluations. Good or bad 20F, with over 80% of the float short, this thing gonna fly.
and commensurate share appreciation is more likely now. Could be interesting to see what happens if the total shares from interested parties is larger than the float itself. Are we there yet? Can you hear me now?
The best news that could come out Monday is a competing bid or more 13g's from different outfits. The possibility that this stock go to triple digits in one day is not zero, given the particular circumstances. Is there really a large naked short position? Most likely we could see a test of low 20's under normal circumstances. If the stock should break the resistance at 22 and 25 then watch out. But let's get through 8 first. I'm buying more at these prices Monday if possible.

Am I understanding this right? Some data was missing from some users. This data was not significantly material enough to make a financial difference because the auditors have otherwise given them a clean bill of health thus far. Moreover, it was not even them that discovered the missing data. It was alerted to by the investigation committee made up of NQ officials/directors?? This is the clearest indication that there is NO foul play. If this was one big conspiracy to dupe thousands of investors, Nasdaq, SEC, etc...the last thing they would do is alert anyone about this missing data. The data is probably available from the partners with whom we were transacting. It is possibly a computer system glitch. Bottom line, they have the contracts, the relationships, and most importantly the money in the bank to prove their case. It is possible that NQ is trying to do everything by the book, to the short term detriment of the share price. Missing data is probably not material, but not disclosing its existence would be. Do you really think that NQ was pleased to receive a low ball offer of $9.80? It puts them in another bad predicament. First, not disclosing it is not an option. Second, non binding? I would say most if not all initial offers are non-biding because there are always clauses to protect the buyer should things not be as they appear. NQ is not trying to run a promotion by cherry picking the words they use in their PR's to try prop the share price in the short term. NQ has business relationships with world class enterprises on an ongoing basis. Decorum dictates that NQ should avoid involving them as it relates to these issues, and in return they have stayed mum. Not one, not even one has denied their contracts and relationship with NQ. They speak with their actions by continuing to do business with them. Do you really think HTC or Samsung would have anything to do with a fraudulent company? JMO
the same way DELL and others did it...obviously it would have to be approved by the board and shareholders and ultimately the SEC...so the price would have to be fair. They have probably already started buying back shares in earnest.
they low-balled and are hoping for a counter offer. Although I think it will be respectfully declined without a counter offer. They do not want to sell anywhere near this offer if at all. They will either go private or a better offer will be announced. There is too much going for this company. IMO
when MM's are ready it will fly, and it won't be gradual. This is a black and white stock, no shades of grey. It is either on the up and up and worth north of $30 or worth less than $3. Some things such as market share and money in the bank they cannot fake, so my belief is that is is real. JMO
Bison would have already denied it if it were not real. Also, NQ is under a microscope, they will not do anything to jeopardize themselves.
In much the same way that they are required to announce the closing, they are required to announce failure to do so. They do however have a bit of time to make either announcement, but not much.
