Thanx again. How did you find it? It is not posted at Yahoo/Finance, headlines about ZAZA.

Anyway, here is the excerpt about ZAZA from that great analysis. Several juniors are presented.
I quote what the author says about ZAZA:

" ZaZa Energy is on the ropes, because its balance sheet is in dire shape with few options for improvement. Once it vends its new position in Houston and Leon Counties into a JV, it will receive some money, but this is not enough.

ZaZa has a very small amount of reserves to go to the bank and very low production to drive future development. The significant dilution is inevitable, and it will not surprise me if ZaZa's stock goes to a veritable tailspin over the next months, tumbling significantly from the current price of $0.89. "

Thanx. Good catch. I quote from that article the excerpt about ZAZA:

" I have a lot of skepticism towards the future of ZaZa Energy. The risks are undeniably high with this company, which has accumulated a lot of debt, while having low production and extremely low reserves. The stock has rebounded over the last weeks, and is currently standing at $0.77, but this might be a typical dead cat bounce.

It really strikes me why the investors pay sky-high key multiples for this heavily indebted company, although there are other grossly undervalued companies with stellar balance sheets that I have unearthed over the last months. I also believe that it will be very difficult for the CEO to turn things around, even if he takes a $1 salary for the next two years. To me, ZaZa Energy is not for the faint of heart. "
