be involved in illegal stock promotions, but shareholders of any company should do their DD. INCL stock move appeared to follow news without substance and as a result the stock tanked.
CEO seems to be running a clean company, but I'd sure like to hear updates from past and present deals that lack details.
Cramer clown(s) worse than SA and yahoo shouldn't be posting their jiberish and includes Motley FOOLS.
Just make sure you don't get on the wrong side of the trade, or you could get crushed. Last time MNGA shareholders saw this kind of volume, was over a year ago.
Following each upside pop, the stocks sank under a buck days later.
SMART traders go with momentum players and secure gains like today before close. Always another day to play.
MNGA faced SEC notice letter of delisting as stock remained under $1.00 per share well over the 30 consecutive days allowed by rule.
Next thing you see, is unnamed company order with zero details of deal. Then you get a repeated news announcement for an order by Navy and again no details.
The stock dumps to .82 cents and imho, BANG likely paid investor alert momentum players make investors believe the news release has substance to it.
BOTTOM LINE: I've seen this 100's of times, especially with very small companies about to get delisted. by SEC for non compliance issues.
At the end of the day, you better have taken the GIFT and wait to see if there's any meat on the bone to announcement deal.
YOU KNOW IT & I KNOW IT
CEO reports no details of deal, yet buyers come by the bucket load regardless and run this up 60%.
One things for sure, if there's no order worth mentioning, it's going to be one hell of a short play.
Track record so far here, is no meat on the bone deal announcements to date worth mentioning.
That said, one should secure gains here when you see these kinda of momentum plays on ZERO confirmed order info.
ps. Always another day to play and gains are gain.
E-mailed CEO to thank him.
What you don't trade both ways? Why not.........Misdirection to CEO is a beautiful thing. Just e-mailed him to thank him for his call earlier this week.
My point is simply this. LONG play here could continue, but when it's over, you better jump ship and go short fast.
JUST SAYING..........Historically, this stock always returns back under $1.00....WAAAAY under a buck.
Lets work together OK. I love you guys.
LMAO....credibility on a message board is so important to my bottom line....OMG thanks for the laugh. Oh and my reputation is so important as well. I guess you don't like me. Now I'm sad.
head.acres.......You may be considering going short. Let me say this. Call the CEO and talk to him. If he's not available, leave him a message to call you back. Let him know your considering shoring the company. Trust me, he will call you back for sure.
Assuming you've done your DD here, ask him about why he's failed to provide details of the verbal deals he's claiming to have secured orders from.
Trust me, you'll wish you had shorted today like I did near high :-)
ps. Ask him if he's talked to a short in Seattle area this week. He calls me Randy.
It's called misdirection. After receiving a call from the CEO this week, I told him I was long the stock and that was a lie. During the conversation, he mentioned SHORTS were a real problem for him. I can't say anymore, but I've been making a killing here and now SHORT 50K at 1.25, 25K 1.36-1.37.
I think I'll e-mail him and thank him for the phone call :-)
HAPPY FRIDAY :-)
Don't SELL just because it's Friday........You longs said this was heading into the 3, 4 range. I hope you didn't lie to me.
Oh I can hardly wait.......Only thing that's ever showed up at this company is $7 loss for every dollar made. Do I seem worried with my 75,000 short shares as of today?
Short 50K $1.25
Short 25K $1.36 to 1.37
SHORT OPEN 25K at $1.50 GTC.
I still have another 25,000 shares ready to short if you longs push this to 1.50 before close.
Need a really strong close today.
Lori.........Call him yourself.......Don't be lazy........I can only inform what's available......Can you provide details of the deals?
I challenged you earlier to do so, but you never responded. I'm not surprised you came of with ZERO.
