In the money big time here.
CRUSHING STRONG BUY LONGS......
Fact is, most of you won't make a dime as you are STRONG BUY idiots who will ride this right back down. I know some of you clowns are buying the dip right lol.
Called some SHORT buddies who shorted this pos into the close Friday. They all said their DD clearly indicated this was heading back under a buck. A couple of them securing gains this morning on a portion of their short positions.
EASY MONEY HERE
I try and it's nice to be appreciated albeit coming from such a small fry with such huge knee pads, not so much.
Never said no one took gains. Just don't be one of the liars here posting you sold for gains AFTER THE FACT........If this dumps in pre Monday, I'll call out anyone who claims they sold higher. I expect idiots like you fraudalert 77 to be the first to BS us all.
see another pop. That's said, anyone with significant gains on yesterday's pop, should of trimmed some gains and let the rest ride.
I'm banking this dumps right back under $1.00 sooner than later.
Just asking, but will put the geek squad on it and find out soon enough.
Mr. Full Disclosure is your friend.
LACK OF FULL DISCLOSURE is how class action lawsuits often get started. Shareholders have rights and when those rights are completely ignored, companies get schooled the hard way.
MR Full Disclosure is your friend.
WHO?.......Is this the CEO hiding behind yet another user name?
MY NAME is MR FULL DISCLOSURE, or risk a lawsuit to obtain public information when not provided.
RG........So RG is Randy Gee? REALLY?
HOWEVER......who decided not to disclose companies? CEO, or COMPANY and why not explain reasoning to shareholders? Don't turn the lights on me.
When I ask for details of announced deals, that's no asking who the damn company is. So stop with the BS.
Ask the CEO.....He will respond to e-mails and phone calls. No one here knows. Lets us know what he says.
4. Have you ever used a promotional company?
5. Why didn't you provide details of CEMENT & NAVY deals? When can we expect same?
6. Did you receive a delisting notice from SEC as stock remained under $1 over 30 day rule?
7. If you received notice, why didn't you announce same to shareholders?
8. Have you "EVER" been convicted of crime, to include officers past and present?
9. When can investors expect the company to produce net gains?
10. Are shareholders at any risk of lawsuits resulting from death of and injured employees?
When can investors expect past "DEALS" full disclosure updates?
I should've said, in other words investors are much less likely to buy the stock if deemed an insignificant deal.
CEO is smart leaving to potential investors to decide. Hopefully the stock won't crash back under a buck like it's always done following big up moves.
One VERY IMPORTANT fact to consider prior to CEMENT & NAVY announcements. SEC notice of delisting letters are sent when a companies stock remains under $1.00 for 30 consecutive days.
MNGA's stock remained under $1.00 well beyond 30 day rule just prior to deal announcements.
MORE DETAILS??? What are you talking about. There's been ZERO details so how can you talk about "MORE".
This stock got pushed up with an order announcement by Navy. That's it. Nothing more was provided regarding said order.
So keeping up on details when there are NONE, is a bit hard to keep on top of.
So many idiots here.
Hell with PR dept. I e-mailed back and forth with the CEO several times. He even called. The really weird thing is he didn't even know who he was calling. When asked how he got the number, he said he googled e-mail address and got a phone number. Guys, this CEO even posts on this thread if you can believe that.
So just e-mail, or call him. That said, don't expect any details of any deals he mentions. Until said is provided, it's all a boat load of BS eaten up by a whole lot of buyers who seemingly don't care how big, or small and significant the deals are.
Not naming companies is weird, but not proving details of deals when you announcing them imho is extremely suspect of not being large enough to mention and thus potentially gives investors the impression it's a huge deal because it's the Navy.
So again, don't expect any details from CEO on any past deals, or orders by customers.
Another concerned investor here mentioned possible paid promotional companies driving up some stocks. Given the recent run in the stock and no real substance, it reminds me of ICLD's class action lawsuit against them for allegations of illegal stock manipulation. The stock ran from 2's to 18's and crashed thereafter as investors realized no meat on the bone.
Not saying anything illegal is going on here, but the recent news and total lack of details of deals, should have all investors scratching their heads lol.
be involved in illegal stock promotions, but shareholders of any company should do their DD. INCL stock move appeared to follow news without substance and as a result the stock tanked.
CEO seems to be running a clean company, but I'd sure like to hear updates from past and present deals that lack details.
Cramer clown(s) worse than SA and yahoo shouldn't be posting their jiberish and includes Motley FOOLS.
Just make sure you don't get on the wrong side of the trade, or you could get crushed. Last time MNGA shareholders saw this kind of volume, was over a year ago.
Following each upside pop, the stocks sank under a buck days later.
SMART traders go with momentum players and secure gains like today before close. Always another day to play.
MNGA faced SEC notice letter of delisting as stock remained under $1.00 per share well over the 30 consecutive days allowed by rule.
Next thing you see, is unnamed company order with zero details of deal. Then you get a repeated news announcement for an order by Navy and again no details.
The stock dumps to .82 cents and imho, BANG likely paid investor alert momentum players make investors believe the news release has substance to it.
BOTTOM LINE: I've seen this 100's of times, especially with very small companies about to get delisted. by SEC for non compliance issues.
At the end of the day, you better have taken the GIFT and wait to see if there's any meat on the bone to announcement deal.
YOU KNOW IT & I KNOW IT
