Time for potential buyers/partners to get moving, the clock is winding down.
Well there is news a couple days ago. I haven't had time to digest the financing deal/transfer of royalties, can anyone explain it all in a nutshell?
So I finally made it to a Trader Joe's (first time ever) in the Baltimore area. There was no triple ginger brew on the shelves and the person I asked said it was a one time and/or seasonal product.
Does that sound right? Is anyone still seeing it on the shelves??
I think it means he hasn't gotten a high enough offer yet. Ron is absolutely doing the right thing by making plans to go it alone. Potential buyers can't wait him out until he caves; waiting him out as he knocks down milestone after milestone only increases the BO price.
It is common for them to issue a 120 day list of questions, stopping the clock until the company responds. Then there is usually a 180 day list of outstanding issues, again requiring a company response. "210 days" is rarely 210 days.
I want to thank whoever it was on this board who recommended ARDM a few weeks ago. I started looking at $.19, started buying at $.22 and it's been going up ever since. $.345 at the moment.
Have a look at it, it's for real.
I put my order in today for 2600 shares at $1.91. If they're going to play their games like yesterday they'll have to fill my order to do it.
Not sure I'm so happy about that. Chasing cancer is extraordinarily expensive and extraordinarily risky. I've learned my lesson the hard way and as a rule I stay away from biotechs that want to cure cancer.
Pure manipulation. See my earlier post. After 7800 shares sold at $1.89 I put in an order for 4000 shares at $1.90. As soon as I entered it there was an IMMEDIATE sale of 200 shares at $1.96. The games they play aren't for us retail investors to participate in.
