Yeah Multi Channel Networks MCNs don't promote their name, they let the individual channels promote themselves. Lots of people have heard of Jason Silva's 'Shots of Awe,' but they've never heard of the MCN that runs Shots of Awe: TestTube. It's the same as Olive Garden, most people don't know that it's owned by Darden Group. Anyway Whistle Sports is an awesome MCN partnership for IZEA.

Nice info. That's the highest PT I've seen... previous firms were at $0.60, $0.80 and $1.00 iirc. $1.20 is still just 3-4x EV/revenue which is still reasonably conservative long-term.

  • Data fusion, people! Stop focusing on China. Ole Poulsen - read about him! - a primary systems architect from the founding days of data fusion with Hank Asher. Ole Poulsen was CTO at the company that built the world's LARGEST and MOST EFFECTIVE data fusion software for military and law enforcement to fight crime. Poulsen has worked personally, in the same office as, many of the top U.S. investigators and law enforcement personnel. He knows their names and cell phone numbers. Read about Poulson.

Dr. Frost owns 1/3 of this company, the daily fluctuations in stock price are meaningless.

Dr. Frost knows Michael Brauser personally from his $270M success at InterClick, and Brauser is behind IDI. Barron's interviewed Brauser about his relationship with Dr. Frost. Brauser, Dr. Frost, Poulsen... just wait until you read about the $500 millionaire Hank Asher. READ BIOGRAPHIES. Data fusion. Data fusion. Data fusion. These guys are the real deal in a billion dollar industry.

THUMBS UP to that. But the key member of the team come from Vaporin. Vaporin generated about $30K in 2013 then $1.4 MILLION in 2014. Let's calculate that growth rate...

Vaporin and its The Vape Shop. Just acquired, financials not represented on VPCO's Yahoo Finance or 10-Q reports yet, lazy investors won't see the results until it's too late- in Q4 2015 or 2016.

Read the filings. Read. VPCO could be profitable by this fall, it's real.

Idiots buying on IPO day. It's the media's fault, they keep talking about the 'story' instead of the VALUATION. Wake up idiots. It was OVERVALUED- learn what that means.

  • I want to watch some algo trading firm blow up one day when ZNGA trades outside of its normal 1-2 cents and suddenly pops $1. What the heck is going on with ZNGA, and where is the SEC? What do we pay the SEC for? So they can let algo trading firms make millions of dollars scalping $0.0000005 in ZNGA every day? JEsus. There is no room here for average investors, High Frequency Trading runs this stock. Dear SEC, we're so happy that the retirement money of Americans are funding trillions of sub-$0.01 trades in ZNGA every day. Land of the free, home of the brave.

  • Great read on Seeking Alpha, but doesn't go nearly enough into its partnership with JUNO. Check out the JUNO deal and the people behind it. It's all about Dr. Frost's Rolodex. (I bet you he actually owns a real Rolodex... or 50 more like it!)

Totally agreed. ETSY trading for 15X revenues-FIFTEEN TIMES ANNUAL REVENUE-let alone Enterprise Value! IZEA is crazy cheap. Notice how the stock rallied 30% on almost no volume. The entire reason the stock is so cheap is precisely BECAUSE there is no volume. Meaning, no one knows about this stock. Private equity should buy it at $1 before it goes there itself on 20,000 shares traded LOL.

IZEA is exactly the type of totally unknown stock that is still cheap even in today's frothy bull market. Hello! To all the idiots paying 50X for marketplaces like Amazon or Ebay, take a look at a company growing even faster with a completely untapped credit line that's growing users/profits/growth/metrics across the board like a weed, and that's going to generate its own valuation in revenue EVERY 12 MONTHS.

omg This company is growing revenue 150% and will generate $23M this year and its market cap is $23M. Do people know how much a marketplace company growing at triple digit rates is worth nowadays? Look at the multiples VCs are willing to pay for Etsy, Lyft, Uber, ZocDoc, AirB&B, etc.

But ooo isn't Etsy sexy, ooo aren't we so cool buying Etsy and talking about Etsy and have you heard about Etsy? Ooo I wish I could have bought Etsy in the private market. Did you hear that guy at the cocktail party last night who bought Etsy...

IZEA. Marketplace company growing at the same rate, 99% cheaper.

Yes crazy how people thought this was just ancillary to the advertising. Rolling on the floor laughing. Data Fusion- look it up in the dictionary. Hank Asher, made a $400M++ fortune personally from it, and Tiger Media now has his team members. There are barely any competitors out there, and like CEO Dubner said, the existing competitors are ANCIENT by 10+ years. NO WONDER Dr. Frost is bullish on this company, brilliant move, just wait for Q4 2015 results it will absurd.

Nice new article today on Seeking Alpha, was a Pro article but now released to the public. CEO shareholder letter also posted this week as an 8-K, check it out. 20-30 new stores THIS year!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Some of the recent articles harder to find, use Google. Some very interesting ties in to the Opko Health empire and Dr. Frost's grand vision here with MabVax. Fascinating company, long-term winner like his Cocrystal Pharma has been and ChromaDex has been.

    Sentiment: Buy

  • SEC Form 4 filing today shows that Pershing Gold (PGLC) received an extra $2.4 million cash from its private placement at $0.32/share! Barry Honig purchased an additional 7,692,307 shares in the private placement.

Personally I love that the private placement is happening at prices so favorable to shareholders. Most other gold companies would have to firesale their private placements at 50-80% lower than the market price. Pershing Gold is selling institutional private placements basically AT MARKET. This is a huge vote of confidence for common shareholders. These prices are reasonable and supported by extremely sophisticated investors.

Also, Pershing Gold gets another $2.4 million in cash, meaning we're continuing forward and just that much closer to acquisition. Extremely well-led company, Alfers knows how to run a gold company and work with investors, top class.

He's planning on letting the HFTs keep making millions per day on their spread-splitting algrithms. The daily volume in ZNGA is like 99% HFTs, no retail involvement, where is the SEC?

  • Dear Long-Term Shareholders: READ THE NEWS! It's 2015 baby, time to stop focusing on the advertising division and let it generate cash flow for the NEW FERRARI entering the racetrack. LOLOL.

Derek Dubner now CEO of Data Fusion. Worked as General Counsel for TRANSUNION and was a lead attorney in the bankruptcy sale of over $150M in data fusion assets.

Michael Brauser has built and helped sell companies that have generated over $2 BILLION.

Phillip Frost, head investor at one of the world's largest, multi-BILLION dollar holding companies.

Ole Poulsen, built data fusion technologies at companies that sold for over $1 BILLION in aggregate.

The market cap of Tiger Media right now is silliness. EACH ONE of these guys are used to building this much value, ANNUALLY! We're talking about billionaires and billion-dollar company builders. All self-made millionaires and leading experts in the data fusion industry, which is growing like a weed but no one talks about because it's 'sophisticated' and 'enterprise class.' Go read the Wikipedia and learn about these guys.

    LONG. VERY, VERY, VERY LONG.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Think realistically people. Nothing changed overnight at the company, you're just TRADING the TICKER, don't remember that the IPO was priced at $17 yesterday. $17. $17 for institutional quality investors. F the retail guy he'll pay $48 hahaha
