Agreed. Find something you don't like and short it. I noticed when a gaggle of lifetime customers were thrown on the curb, many many complaints. "I've always bought my ____at JCP, now they don't have them," "Clothing styles look cheap and trashy ", "My friend who works there tells me they....", "No more good specials".
You simply can't toss out lifetime customers and dump on employees and expect success. They couldn't drive more customers to Macy's if they provided limo service.
