OK, now I get it. Yes, I took a relatively small 10,000 shr. position in RELV because I saw something indicating a large jump in distributors for Q2 which made me think Q2 would be the start of a turnaround. Turned out dist. actually dropped in Q2 and nos. were lousy to say the least. I guess we always have our mistakes in this business. Fortunately I was in cheap so am about break even on the position. Thanks for the heads up on the vemma thing
I think you are low as you have consistently been on your expectations and value judgements here. Recent earnings do not include revs. from the recent secondary $. I think we will continue to see better revs. and earnings. You have also been overly critical of Ran IMO. He continues to grow this co. They are way less leveraged than other REITS, yld. substantially higher. Buyback is great idea. Would have liked to have seen bigger no. but maybe as a REIT they are limited. (don't know) Selling stock at 4.39 and buying back in low 3's makes sense. I tip my hat to Mr. Ran. Wish CEO's of my other holdings were as sharp.
Great nos. My guess is a nice div. will be paid at yr. end. They have a track record to doing that in the good yrs..
Based on industry valuations RELV is considerably undervalued. Increase in dist. could be the spark that starts upward pattern in sls. and earnings. Better economy and health conscious society should help. Stock was $18 few yrs. back. Q2 earnings coming soon could be the beginning. Potential takeover.
My guess is that MOC ends up with this $250mil. postal contract. Postal dept. wants them to have it . You can but the stock now or wait and pay $4 after the news. Another easy double potential here.
