Ok I admit you two are talking way above my pay grade here, but my question is EVLV has placed a value on the Boston property at $30M, how does this all relate to this, is the property now worth more?
Looks like we are trading much lower today and maybe GE is selling more. In a way I wish they would just dump the shares drive the pps down and get it over with. Because if MB does a secondary, this too will drive the price down as I would anticipate MB would discount the price too complete the deal. GE knows this and that is why they continue to sell as they figure they are getting a price today above that for which MB will do the offering at. IMHO it is time for us to stop this nonsense and get these things done to move on. By getting this done, the earnings could then drive the pps up and we could recover from this quicker and move to $10 IMHO.
The quarter ends in a week. It would be nice if MB could get this all done in the next week and get it over with. Comments?
When I read the recent article, the UK government indicated the sale would go to 200,000 retail investors who currently own shares for one or more years, opportunity to buy one share per one share held and receive a free share either at the closing or in a year from the deal, not sure which one.

Also you will need to have the brokerage code your trade to trade in the premarket and after market...., it is not automatic to trade in those two. When I set a limit price my broker asks me if I want to have that transaction in the after market or pre market or both.
Yes it would be nice to see them spend some of their salary and get some skin in the game. Suck up some of those GE shares being sold.
I don't see the difference if one would do that..., I mean it couldn't be any worse than we have with DJ at the helm..., or should I say asleep at the helm.
Well I would not be too surprised if CPST had something to do with it as I have been critical of management. As a long term share holder, I am all for change from the top down in the BOD, executive management of CPST. I figure it is possible that DJ reads this board and decided to contact Yahoo to stop my posting. I do not have any proof to this and it is just an opinion I have and I could be wrong. But it is funny that I contacted Yahoo and low and behold I can post again. Hmmm just odd.
Maybe Clinton or Cannell or TPG. but we need some big Institution to come in and shake things up. A group that would take charge with a proxy fight...., I'd back that. An Activist group that would have a new slate of BOD's and oust DJ and place their own CEO who would be much more qualified than what we have today. Let's move this company forward! Demand a Change in the BOD and CEO! Fire them for cause and no severances.
After being prevented from posting on the CPST board somehow, and complaining to Yahoo, I magically got back to post on the board. So we have seen DJ clean house somewhat (he is still there ;-(. Again the only other news is an order here and there. I do worry more about a company that finds it necessary to press release every order it receives...., that is a true sign to me of a weak CEO. Here we are at 60 cents a share which is below the mark the pps was in when DJ took the CEO spot and although we have paid him well over the many years, he owns the BOD and we will not see any REAL change to come. So we will continue to pay DJ for non performance, no profits and well no real progress in getting us to profit. But we all have hope that DJ someday will earn a penny. What can we expect in return..., DJ will ask for more stock grants in the proxy and we will give them to him as the majority of the share holders keep their head in the sand. So he will sell us another promise and then we will once again wait to see what happens until the next annual meeting. With any luck we may get to 70 cents or so, but more likely if it happens it will be short lived. Oh well, I guess the next event will be delisting for being under a buck a share.
